Very comfortably furnished apartment with air-conditioning/heating for all year round holidays. Conveniently situated within easy walking distance of sandy Blue Flag beaches, shops, tavernas, fishing harbour, town promenade and large town beach with safe swimming. No need for a car unless traveling further afield.
Living room has 3 piece suite, sideboard with TV, DVD, nest of coffee tables, dining table and 4 chairs, large standing fan. Sliding doors leading to balcony with table and chairs.
Bedroom 1 - double bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, dressing table, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes.
Kitchen with good quality appliances including fitted oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle. Small balcony off the kitchen overlooking green area.
Bathroom with wash basin, wc, bath with shower attachment.
Bedrooms have desk top fans as well as air conditioning. This apartment is strictly non smoking.

Larnaca Airport is within a 10 minute drive. A car is not essential as the apartments are very conveniently situated within walking distance of beaches, tavernas and local shops, town and promenade.
