The property offers a large front veranda with a covered driveway, gated rear patio area which leads directly to the large swimming pool and sun lounge area, adjoining a park area. Inside is a large fitted kitchen with dining for six people seated, washing machine, microwave, and chiller. A well furnished living room also includes seating for six, with a 28 inches TV with Sky satellite, DVD player and a water Closet. There are also two bedrooms - the master with balcony, a bathroom and power shower on the first floor.
The Pervolia/Cape Kiti area, where the property is located, is famous for its 4km long, attractive, unspoilt beaches and crystal clear water which has emerged in recent years as a growing tourist destination without losing is traditional charm and Identity. The traditional coastal village situated only 12 km south west of the bustling city of Larnaca and is 15 minutes away from the airport.
Pervolia provides a laid back pace with perfect access to explore other parts of the island. Visitors can enjoy the warm hospitality of its inhabitants and enjoy the delights of the Cypriot restaurants, taverns, festivals and live folk music. The community has banks, tourist shops, supermarkets and more which caters for most of the visitors needs. Guests will also find plenty of water sports activities at the nearby beach club.
Other local attractions include go kart racing and a camel park. The Luna park and the Larnaca salt lakes is also a popular destination with its pink flamingos. Nearby Larnaca is a 15 minute drive where guests will find every kind of cosmopolitan entertainment such as shopping, cafés, and bars as these areas will definitely mark anyone's vacation as a wonderful one.

Ecellent location propety and value
WE stayed at this property in June 2010 and found it to b very well looked after with everything required for a comforatble stay. The Pool was very private relaxing. LOcation is great as only 5 minute stroll in this lovely villageand 5 minute drive to the local sandy beach. Recomend for couples or families with children

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your house in Pervolia. We found the property to be in good order and cleaned to a high standard. The local tavernas were very welcoming and within easy walking distance to the property. We visit Cyprus regularly and have stayed in various locations. On this occasion we wanted to stay in an area which was both accessible to some of the facilities that a larger town like Larnaca has to offer along with access to the beaches whilst being able to chill out at the same time. . We found the location of your property satisfied all of our needs and we had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay. Having returned to the UK to a busy and demanding week at work we wish we were back there.

Fantastic conditions, definitely worth it

We were in Cyprus recently for 2 weeks, staying at this marvelous house. Luxury environment inside, very clean pool, short way to the centrum of Pervolia (3-4 minutes to walk). We definitely enjoyed our stay, and looking forward to come back again, hopefully this house will be available.
Suits very well for families with children (house is well planned, necessary blocks on stairs are easily placed if needed, pool entrance is isolated), but also perfect for couples or families (up to 4 people). Thank you for fantastic vacation! :)
Perfect place to stay with a child

We rented this villa to stay with a small baby (10mnths) and enjoyed it a lot. There was everything we needed both for grown-ups and a child.
It's located not in a crowdy noisy place being 10 minutes walk to the center and 15 minutes to the sea and could be recommended to anyone.
It was really nice taking a swim in a pool in an early morning and during a day.
It was a perfect stay for us and getting back I recommended all my friends to come there.
