Description

This lovely and stanning resort of holiday villa rentals, is set to give new dimensions to the quality villa tourism to the island. It comprises of 9 villas, (6 three bedroom and 3 four bedroom) all with private pools, garden, patio, bbq, parking, wi-fi -internet and communal tennis, of unique character and charm designed for the discerning individuals seeking quality and personal service. The villas are situated among an oasis of olive, palm, banana trees and rose and jasmine bushes, in a quiet & tranquil area at the outskirts of Oroklini, 2 km from the sea. Access to the villas is restricted to residents and their guests only.

Weddings can be arranged. Long term lets will be conceder.

The location has been carefully chosen for its confined attributes privacy, access, services, amenities and aesthetics. Conveniently situated on the outskirts of Oroklini village with some views to the countryside and the sea (2 km) in the background.

The village itself which is within walking distance offers a range of shops, a supermarket, banks, chemist, medical centre, laundry & dry cleaners, bakery, gym and bowling.

Some parts of the village have been restored to the original traditional style and boost some fine rustic restaurants and bars.

Oroklini public beach with some fine hotels is only five minutes away (2 km) and the center of Larnaca fifteen. The International Airport is 20, Ayia Napa and Nicosia can be reached within thirty minutes, Limassol 45 and the Troodos Mountains in an hour.

All the villas are of the same style and design,(three bedrooms are 170 and four bedroom are 190 sq meters covered area) and furnished and equipped to the highest possible standards and they feature:

Upstairs

Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, hairdryer and veranda overlooking the patio and pool. Two or three twin bedrooms, one with veranda overlooking the patio and pool, bathroom/WC. All bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating.

Ground Floor

Large living dining room with satellite TV, DVD,CD/Radio, telephone, wi-fi internet supply, Safe (extra charge) with French windows opening onto veranda with patio and private pool. Fully equipped large kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc.

Partly covered veranda, patio, private pool, garden furniture, umbrellas and sun loungers, built BBQ, covered car park & garden.

The Royal Villas are situated in a privileged position ,have larger gardens and in addition to the regular villas, feature a sauna ,washing machine, plasma TV, stereo and have 24hrs free wi-fi internet access(please bring your laptop) and free use of safe. Royal Villas are cleaned and the linen is change twice a week and also receive a complimentary welcome pack.

Beach

When you have enough of lazing about in your own private pool and you fancy a dip in the sea “Oroklini Public Beach” is only a few minutes away by car (2.5 km). It is run by the local municipality and amenities like showers, changing rooms, coffee bar etc. are available. Umbrellas and sun beds can be obtained for as little as euro 3.00 per person for the whole day.

Regina’s Exclusive Villas are licensed by the CTO and owned and managed by John & Regina Xydas. The owners and some of the staff live on the premises and are ready to assist their clients at all times

John,(Cypriot) and Regina (French), met in the U.K whilst studying Hotel management. In 1979 after getting married they returned to Cyprus. Regina abandoned her carrier to bring up the family and John for almost thirty years was a general manager of some of the leading five and four star hotels in

Cyprus. He also held various honorary posts in professional and trade Associations, like the Chamber of Commerce, The Hotel Association etc.. In 2005 they started their own business.

John and Regina are well known in Cyprus and their name has always been associated with high professionalism, honesty, integrity and hard work.

How to reach Regina's Exclusive Villas from Larnaca International airport.

1. On exiting the airport, Join the motorway (A3) initially signposted for Nicosia (Lefkosia), Limassol (Lemesos).
2. Stay on the A3 motorway following signs for Agia Napa.
3. Leave the A3 at junction 58 signed for Oroklini. (Voroklini)
4. Follow the road straight for 1.5 km until you reach the chemist and the Bank of Cyprus on your left.
5. After about 70m turn right – Immediately the road splits into two - BEAR RIGHT (Take care here as some people make the mistake to follow the other road into the old village.)
6. 320 m you will go past the Cemetery on your Left another 200 m a block of flats “The Mediterranean Sunrise” on your right
7. Immediately after the flats(keep the flats on your right) TURN RIGHT into Regina’s Exclusive Villas. This is a development of 10 independent villas in their own street. Your villa is part of this developement.
8. Villa Royal Carine is the last villa on your right after the Tennis Courts.
The Caretakers House is the first villa on the left as you enter the development. The owner lives on the last villa on the Left.

From Paphos Airport

Join the motorway (A6) for Lemesos (Limassol) going into A1 for Lefcosia and off to A5 for Larnaca. On approaching Larnaca Join A3 then as above.
