Hibiscus Villa is a brand new 4-bedroom villa situated on a small development in the quiet and tranquil village of Alethriko on the outskirts of Larnaca. All equipment, furnishings and linen are of the very highest standard and the villa will be immaculately clean on your arrival. All in all the villa offers the perfect facilities and setting for a fantastic and unforgettable holiday.
The villa has been fully equipped with no expense spared so that our guests will enjoy the luxury of this 4* villa with the added benefit of a private pool.
Larnaca is a very cosmopolitan town offering everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is often un-appreciated by those who don’t know any better who think it is merely home for the islands main International Airport.
Larnaca boasts a beautiful promenade lined with palm trees and pavement cafes, a marina full of multi-million pound yachts and boats, boat trips, scuba diving, world-wide cuisine, great shopping (Zara and Mango are here!), sandy beaches, water sports, good nightlife, history, culture and tradition. In addition to all of the things Larnaca its self has to offer it is perfectly placed on the island making it an ideal base from which to explore the rest of the island
Alethriko is a tranquil village nestled in a valley surrounded by pine trees, an ideal retreat for those wanting to totally relax. The village is reknown locally for its panoramic views and tranquility where only the birds break the silence.
The village centre is a short stroll away where you will find the locals in the coffee shop playing backgammon, a supermarket, church and two local tavernas. For those who enjoy walking there are tracks leading up to the top of the hills of the valley to admire the breathtaking sea view to one side and the panoramic views over the valley on the other.
Hibiscus Villa is 1km from the centre of the village and just a short walk to the nearest taverna-12 EUR for a traditional Meze (dips, grilled halloumi cheese, grilled meats, salad and fruit). Lots of other tavernas within 15 minutes' drive to many of the nearby villages or a 15 minute drive down the coast to Zygi or Makenzie for a fabulous fish Meze.You are spoilt for choice and certainly won't go hungry!
Larnaca town has several sandy beaches with sun beds, umbrellas, water sports, scuba diving, snack bars and restaurants. Other quiet beaches which are ideal for a picnic are 10 mins drive
The beauty of Alethriko is that while the village is so tranquil and idyllic, it is only a 2 minute drive to the main motorway and centrally placed on the island so anyone wanting to explore the many things Cyprus has to offer can do so with ease.
Nearby attractions include Lefkara, a traditional lace making village, Mazatos Animal Park, Ten Pin Bowling, Cinema and Go karting…something for every body.

Directions
Larnaca Airport is 15 minutes away from the property.
The following Airlines fly to Larnaca and Paphos:- Monarch, Easyjet, Jet2.com, Thomson, Cyprus Airways, British Airways, Thomas Cook.
Directions from Larnaca International airport to Hibiscus Villa:-
Journey time 15 minutes.
At the exit from Larnaca Airport follow signs for the A3 Lemesos and Lefkosia
From the A3 take the 2nd exit sign posted A5 Lemesos (this is approx 4km after joining the A3)
Travel on the A5 for approx 8km then take exit 41 sign posted Alethriko, Kivisilli and Anafotida.
Stay in the left hand lane on the slip road. At the end of the slip road there is a T junction and you will see a Luk Oil petrol station slightly to the left.
Turn left then take the 2nd right turn onto Kantretti Ave.
After approx 1/2km take 1st left turn onto Gianni Ritsou.
At the end of the road turn right onto Zacharia Kese.
At the end of the road turn right onto Lapathous St

Very plush and roomy.
We had a great time in Cyprus. The villa was very plush and roomy.
The cleanliness of the property was of an excellent standard and the furnishing was also of a high quality
The swimming pool was a good size, although i wouldn't suggest anyone dive into it during february as both myself and my daughter did!!!
The webber BBQ and pool area set up was great, with plenty of space for 10 people.
I would definitely recommend this villa to others and Angela's 'personal touch' of looking after us was really helpful and appreciated.
Hope to come back again at some point in the future.
Perfect family villa.
This was the perfect get away for a relaxing family holiday with all home from home comforts and mod cons. Can not fault anything at all, we all had a brilliant time and it was fantastic value for money. We plan to come back again in November to top up our tans along with friends who were jealous when they saw the photo’s! Thank you so much,
