It is available to rent throughout the year and offers modern luxurious living in the heart of real Cyprus but just a short drive from the cosmopolitan resort of Larnaca with all the usual tourist facilities. Differing Views is a two-bed second floor penthouse apartment with commanding views over surrounding countryside to the Mediterranean Sea from the south facing terrace and towards the village of Mazotos from the main bedroom terrace.

The apartment is located at Pelagos Breeze at Mazotos less than twenty minutes from Larnaca Airport and two kilometers from a quiet, sandy beach.

Pelagos Breeze is a unique complex of just two blocks with thirty two architecturally-designed apartments and a communal pool. Situated in the most beautiful, serene location, this apartment is ideal for that seeking luxury accommodation along with peace and quiet in a great setting. Outside there is a large communal pool with sun beds and loungers – ideal for soaking up the all day sunshine! There are toilets and showers near the pool area. Each apartment has an undercover parking space and secure storage on the ground floor. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor but is accessible to all thanks to a lift that can comfortably accommodate a wheelchair – as well as several large cases of luggage, of course!

Al Fresco Living

Differing Views has two terraces, a south-facing spacious seventy five square meter area with stunning sea and countryside views, and a private, covered terrace off the main bedroom with views towards Mazotos village and the mountain monastery of Stavrovrouni.

The larger terrace leads off the apartment's main living area and includes a covered pergola and outside furniture: a dining table with seating for six plus foot stools, a rattan corner sofa, chair and coffee table and a couple of sun loungers. This terrace has sun and shade throughout the day.

The second terrace opens out directly from the double bedroom and has a bistro table and two chairs. It’s perfect for morning coffee or to enjoy a relaxing drink as you watch the sunset.

Living area

The apartment has a contemporary open plan living space with lounge, dining area and kitchen. The apartment occupies a corner position on the top floor so there is plenty of light and views all around.

The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed with plenty of cupboard space and includes all mod cons…fridge freezer, cooker and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine. All cooking utensils are included together with crockery and cutlery.

Washroom

A second toilet and wash basin with vanity unit is located near front door. A clothes dryer, ironing board and iron are stored here.

Bathroom

The main bathroom is located in the centre of the apartment and includes a bath and shower, wash basin and vanity unity plus tall cupboard. All towels are included.

LOCATION

We’re confident you’ll find our apartment the perfect base whatever your pleasure or reason for visiting Cyprus. It is located on the peaceful complex of Pelagos Breeze comprising just thirty two properties on the outskirts of the village of Mazotos, just ten miles from Larnaca Airport.

The Mazotos area is well known for its tourist attraction, the Camel Park, which has been described as the best day out on the island and is within walking distance of our apartment. Walking or cycling is a great way to enjoy the scenery here and bikes can be hired from nearby Pervolia. The nearest sandy beach is just a mile away (a flat walk past olive groves, fig trees and vines) and is a well-kept secret by locals, reached by a track opposite the complex. • All bookings secured with £100 non-refundable deposit.
• Full payment due 8 weeks before departure or upon booking if within 8 weeks of departure.
• Refundable security deposit of £100 against breakages/damage payable with booking. (Repaid within two weeks of return)
• Payment is accepted in Sterling, Euro or Swiss francs.
