Description
This upmarket luxury one bedroom apartment accommodate upto four people and is fully air-conditioned on a fantastic beautiful new complex in a traditional village called Pyla. It is set in a peaceful relaxing location, yet still close to Larnaca.
The property benefits from its communal pool and tennis court while being close to the beach and Pyla restaurants, bars and shops. The apartments are a short drive from the Larnaca airport which are set in their own grounds with its own large communal swimming pool and is surrounded by beautiful grounds and garden areas.
There is also a lift and all doorways are all level access. Parking is in front of the block while the swimming pool is communal and heated during the Summer months. There are sun loungers provided for the guests use as well.
The beach is less than 10 minutes by car while Pyla Village is a very short walk of less than 5 minutes. Larnaca is less than 15 minutes away by car and Ayia Napa is about 40 minutes by car. Nicosia is about 30 minutes by car plus there is a very large shopping plaza including food hall.
