The apartment is a comfortable property with 4 bedrooms to sleep eight people and 2 bathrooms. Complete with air conditioning in all bedrooms, as well as small table top fans, while there is a large standing fan in the living room and ceiling fans in the dining room and kitchen. Set on two floors with four bedrooms.
The property boasts its own unique layout with one floor consisting of a balcony, dining room with seating for eight people, kitchen, lounge, bedroom one with king size bed and small balcony plus a separate shower room with WC. The spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with three further bedrooms, one with sloping ceiling and bathroom with good quality shower attachment. Beds have duvets covers with matching curtains/blinds in three of the bedrooms plus good quality bed linen and towels are also provided.
The apartment is located in the Larnaca area which is fairly flat and is therefore excellent for walking. Within 4/5 minutes walk, guests can find the local sandy beach next to the fishing harbour while the Blue Flag sandy beach of Mackenzie with safe bathing is only 8 minutes walk. The Larnaca town with its beach and beautiful promenade is only within 7/8 minutes walk. There are also some excellent and good quality tavernas to suit all tastes which are within strolling distance.
The famous St. Lazaros Church is only 6 to 7 minutes walk where they have the Easter celebrations. Other places of interest within walking distance includes: The Old Fort and Larnaca Archaeological Museum and Pierides Museum. For the more adventurous type, guests may visit Mazatos Camel Park and the water park at Ayia Napa. There is also a local diving centre nearby as well as the boat and fishing trips from the Marina.
Hala Sultan Tekke Mosque and Stavrovouni Monastery are both worth visiting. Larnaca is very centrally situated with easy access to all routes with Nicosia the capital only 30 minutes away.
Cyprus boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year with mild winters, making it an excellent all year round holiday destination. Cyprus is steeped in history with lots of historical places to visit not only locally but also within easy reach by car, taxi or local bus.
Larnaca has an excellent shopping centre to meet all tastes from high quality designer clothes and shoes to a variety of more local shops. Although there are tourist shops, Larnaca caters very much for the locals, with a good mix of retail outlets along with quality tavernas and cafes.
The Cypriot hospitality is very welcoming everywhere the guests choose to explore.

There are 4 local sandy beaches all with safe swimming within 5 to 8 minutes easy walking distance. The nearest one being approximately 5 minutes walk. Mackenzie Blue flag beach is about 8 minutes walk. Larnaca town and Phinikoudes is about 7 minutes walk. The local Dive-In centre is only 4/5 minutes walk. Fishing and sight seeing trips are available from the main marina which is approximately 10 minutes walk.

Fly to Larnaca - apartment is only 8 minutes drive from the airport. Flights available from schedule airlines - British Airways and Cyprus Airways from Heathrow, Birmingham and Gatwick, also charters from all UK airports.
Car hire available from Cycar - who are based opposite the fishing harbour. There are always local taxis available at reasonable cost. A local bus service is operating from the town centre, along the sea front to Mackenzie Beach.
