The home entertainment includes Satellite TV (over 800 channels from 3 satellites), DVD player, CD/Cassette/Radio player, music and video libraries. The building is equipped with a lift and secure entry system, located in a residential area, far enough from busy roads and shopping area, to have a good night sleep. There is a dedicated off-road car parking slot under the building. Additional information about rental rates

The rates are specified in British Pounds, the payment can be also accepted in Euro. Payments can be made by cheque or electronic transfer to a bank account in the UK or Cyprus.
A deposit of £100 (min) is required to secure your booking dates and cover against any accidental damage to the property during your staying. It is refunded once the maintenance company carried out the departure check. Please make sure your insurance covers for personal injuries and unforeseen holiday cancellation as in this case your deposit will be refunded only if your dates have been re-booked by other renters.
All rooms have Air Conditioning available to renters. A deduction is made from the initial deposit for electricity usage, which is precisely calculated using the meter readings (at arrival and departure) available to the maintenance company and yourselves for verification.
