Description
The apartment is located in the village of Pyla, a fifteen minute drive to Larnaca. It is a small resort style community with fourty two apartments, a communal pool and children's play areas which is just outside the complex. Everything you need is within minutes of the village. Blue flag beaches with all the activities needed for a family holiday or a relaxing break. Larnaca has a beautiful Marina with lots of really good restaurants and bars if you like chilling out and people watching. But don't forget to walk around and find the old Cyprus just around the corner.

Additional information about rental rates
* The price includes the use of the air-con. There is a £100 rental deposit to secure your booking the balance of the rental payment plus a £200 as a security deposit is required 8 weeks prior to arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded and returned within a week of departure by cheque or BACS, provided no excessive use of the air-con units has been made and/or no damage to the apartment or breakages have occurred
during your stay.
* Cancellation refunds more than 8 weeks in advance of your stay, a full refund will be made less the rental deposit within 8 weeks the owner reserves the right to retain the
balance of rental should it not be possible to re let
* Long term rentals also available.

Fantastic apartment
the apartment was fantastic, so clean and big the balcony was huge, lovely to sunbathe on in the afternoon as it got the sun from about half 1, and lovely to sit on and watch the sun setting. This was a deluxe apartment and well worth the money as it had everything we needed. We decided not to hire a car for our stay and used the taxi service you recommended, he was great and told us about some great restaurants. Beach was peaceful but the swimming pool was the best that as the name says ' peace and tranquility ' it most certainly was. Once again thank you and we will be singing the apartments praises to all our friends and family .
