Description

The master bedroom on the lower floor has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with the largest having three singles and an en-suite washroom while the others have queen beds. The latter two bedrooms share a washroom off the hall. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper in the living room and two single hide-a-beds. Skiers will appreciate dual hot water tanks and the ski rack inside the front door. Private parking for this condo is nearby with 28 steps up to the front door.

Lake Village at Lake Tahoe has a summer pool, tennis courts, barbecues, a large outdoor hot tub, and a clubhouse. These amenities are all free for renters and their guests. The village is less than a mile from Lake Tahoe's major casinos, several beaches, and Edgewood Golf Course. Twenty ski resorts are within an hour drive. Our Lake Village vacation rentals are on the trail map of Heavenly Valley, the largest ski resort in the US.

Our condo is in an ideal location near the south east shore of the lake Nevada Beach. Edgewood Golf, Heavenly Ski Resort, and the casinos are all close by. Lake Village is a private 327-condo complex at the southeast corner of Lake Tahoe about a half-mile from the lake and less than a mile from the California border. It is nestled amongst tall, scented pines and firs with the units spread out in the rock outcrops and trees. Some condos have views of the lake and most can see the mountains forming the Tahoe rim.

The Lake Tahoe Area offers a wide range of activities for the vacationers. This pristine destination offers outdoor activities year round. You will find world class golf spanning several seasons as well as golf, hiking, biking, fishing, touring, horseback riding, and hockey. Winter brings the snow sports and there is no better place for skiing, snowmobiling, or snowshoe activities. The summer season offers beach and water sports. Nearby Incline Village hosts the annual theatrical event Shakespeare on the Beach with daily performances in July and August. The Nevada south shore has the classiest casinos in the country. Besides gaming well-known entertainers are regularly hosted by the casinos for your entertainment. You will be minutes from Virginia City - a preserved mining town of the Old West. Locations are on our golf map and our ski map. You can even get married on one of the authentic paddle wheel boats or sailing vessels in the middle of the lake! In fact, Tahoe is the honeymoon capital of the American West!

INCLUDED: We use an all-inclusive, one-price system. The rates include all applicable taxes, parking, utilities (electricity, water, cable TV and natural gas), local telephone service, beds made with fresh linens upon arrival, towels, cleanup after departure, gratuities, use of the condo's private hot tub, reservation set up fees, and our comprehensive arrival/confirmation package. There is a refundable security deposit of $300. There are no extra or hidden charges of any kind! In addition, our guests have free access to the pool, tennis courts, saunas, backboard, hot tub, and barbecues at the Lake Village clubhouse.
NOT INCLUDED: travel, car rental, daily maid service, food, entertainment, insurance, ski lifts, golf green fees, long distance telephone service, and other expenditures of a personal nature.

If you are intending to bring more occupants than the listed maximum for the condominium unit, consider renting multiple units or contact another property owner.  Failure to abide by the these policies is in violation of local ordinances and may result in stiff penalties, eviction, and/or incarceration.

The following cancellation policies apply:
1. Cancellations made sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival receive a full refund subject to #3 following.
2. Cancellations made less than sixty days prior to arrival receive no refund and the funds received are forfeited. In the event that we are able to rebook the space, or parts thereof, there will be a refund amounting to the rental revenue received from that replacement booking subject to #3 following.
3. There will be a charge of 5.5% for refunds made on a credit card and 4% for refunds made by check. Credit card refunds can be made only to the card(s) originally used to make the payment(s). There will be a minimum charge of $40 for any cancellation refund.
