The Mill Stream has two bedrooms comfortably sleep four guests. The apartment has wonderful views.
Located on the ground floor sleeps four in a double and bunk bedroom, through interlocking door a further quad room and shower room can be added.
Bailey Mill is run by the resident proprietors Pam and Ian Copeland. It is the ideal place to unwind from the stress of a busy life or get out and enjoy an activity holiday.
If its Bed and Breakfast or Self Catering you want Bailey mill has everything you want. All apartments are individually furnished and tastefully decorated to a high standard. Central heating and electric fires are included in the cost of your stay. All apartments include a color TV, fridge, microwave and a conventional electric cooker. There is a communal laundry room, a games room with a pool table and darts board. After a day of outdoor activities you can return to relax in our Jacuzzi and sauna before enjoying a drink and meal in our cozy, fully licensed bar. There is also the choice of food from our menu that can be served straight to your apartment. We can also provide you with internet access during your stay.
Pets (under control) are welcome and baby-sitting is available. Children will enjoy the play area, millstream, ponies, pet lambs, cat and dog. Horses, stabling and trekking are all available on site.
Full board riding holidays are available (unaccompanied children welcome) and escorted rides are available each day or maps available for the many way marked rides. They also hold Trek events and do picnic and pub rides.
Bailey Mill offers many different types of holiday including accommodation only, riding holidays and racing breaks.

Travelling from Scotland
Travelling south on the M74, exit at Junction 22 and take directions for Longtown on the A6071. Turn right at the A7 for Longtown town centre and after crossing the bridge take the first left signposted for Catlowdy. Follow the main road to the Bridge Inn and turn right onto the B6318. At the second crossroads at Sleetbeck turn left signposted Bailey and one and a half miles on your right is the turn for Bailey Mill.
Travelling North from England
Turn off the M6 at Junction 44 and follow the A7 to Longtown. In the town centre take the third right turn signposted for Catlowdy. Follow the main road to the Bridge Inn and turn right onto the B6318. At the second crossroads at Sleetbeck turn left signposted Bailey and one and a half miles on your right is the turn for Bailey Mill.
Travelling from the North East
Five miles after Haltwhistle on the A69 take the right turn for Greenhead on the B6318. Follow the B6318 through West Hall, Kirkcambeck and Roadhead. Three miles after Roadhead turn right at the Sleetbeck crossroads signposted Bailey and one and a half miles on your right is the turn for Bailey Mill.
