Villa Ruivo is a private, detached four bedroom villa situated some 6 miles from the excellent resort of Lagos which has a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants as well as superb sandy beaches and a modern new marina. There are local shops, bars and restaurants but a car is necessary. The architect designed villa offers superb accommodation which is unlike the normal holiday villa, for example there is a magnificent two storey lounge with galleried landing to three sides.
In more detail the accommodation consists of;
Four double/twin bedrooms, 2 on ground floor, 2 on first floor. Two en-suite bathrooms. Third bathroom. Very large fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher/washing machine. Separate dining room area. Extremely large beautifully furnished lounge. Two further occasional lounge areas. Galleried landings. Large swimming pool (can be heated) with poolside furniture, Private mature gardens with lawns.
