The villa benefits from external eating and entertaining areas useable in the spring and summer months, although the clement weather often permits their use at other times of the year. There is a pool in a fenced off area which will be opened from around late May. The area surrounding the villa is dominated by vineyards and traditional Provençale countryside, with Mont Ventoux and the mountain range of les Dentelles de Montmirail visible and accessible in the distance. The villa is ideally located for country walking, mountain biking, wine tasting and cultural visits to historic centres such as Avignon, Orange, Vaison la Romaine, Mornas, Arles, Nîmes, Aix en Provence, Les Baux, Chateauneuf.

It can be accessed within 45 minutes of the villa by car. Marseille airport: approx 1.5 hours by car. Nîmes airport: approx. 1 hour by car. Avignon: (for TGV high-speed train to Paris) approx. 45 mins by car.
