Crystal Bay Breeze is a unique development of 8 luxury villas with spectacular sea and mountain views. We have owned our home in Cyprus for over 3 years and have made it into our family 'home-from-home'. The villa is fully air-conditioned. We have a delightful 10 x 5 metre over-flow swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access and relaxing. The comfortable lounge is equipped with TV, DVD and Ipod speakers. The kitchen is fully-fitted with modern appliances. The villa has extensive outdoor grounds which are landscaped with many colourful plants. Alfresco dining with views of the sea or mountains can be taken under the pergola using the large granite and iron table which seats 8. This is a strictly no smoking villa.
The villa is 2 minutes to the nearest pebble beach. Sandy beaches with facilities can be found all along the coastline within a few minutes drive in either direction, including the famous Alagadi Beach, where turtle activity can be observed at the appropriate time of year. The Karpaz peninsula also has many sandy beaches, which are often deserted.
The newly built Korineum Golf and Country Club is only 10 minutes drive away. Tucked away in the foothills of the Five Finger Mountain Range, the entire natural landscape has been moulded, honed, prettified and perfected. There are 18 challenging international standard holes, the course is par 72, there are 3 academy holes and a driving range, as well as the Korenium Golf Academy, a pro shop where you can hire or buy equipment, purchase clothing and memorabilia and then there’s the club house. The club house houses everything from a full fitness centre, spa, hairdresser, massage parlour and sauna to conference facilities, meeting rooms, bars and restaurants. An exceptional and international standard club, Korineum offers the very best facilities on the whole island.
Our villa's location on this picturesque coastline offers you the chance to get away from the crowds and discover the real Cyprus. Nearby mountain and rural villages remain largely untouched by commercialism; explore secluded coves and vast sandy beaches on the Karpaz peninsula; or for a more lively scene visit Kyrenia with its cobbled streets, horseshoe harbour, shopping and bars, or the ancient walled cities in Nicosia and Famagusta with their mosques, museums and colourful markets. These areas are full of history. Within the Kyrenia area, there are castles and other places of historical interest. Fishing and boat trips, watersports, scuba, paragliding and horse riding activites are all available nearby. There are many Casinos within the Kyrenia area. Banks, cash points, petrol stations, shops, supermarkets and restaurants can be found at various distances along the main road to Kyrenia.

Ercan Airport (North Cyprus) is about 40 minutes from the villa by taxi or hire car. Larnaca Airport (South Cyprus) is approximately 90 minutes from the villa by taxi. Transfers can be arranged if required. A hire car is essential when staying at the villa.

Lovely holiday
Just a quick note to say what a fantastic place No 5 Crystal Bay Breeze is. I stayed there with my family last summer and it was more glorious than I hoped. The decor in all the rooms is relaxing and the swimming pool and views are stunning. North Cyprus is a delightful country. The local people are extremely friendly and polite. Yes we have already booked for 2011!

Thank you for a lovely holiday. It was really fantastic to spend a week in the hot sun with our friends. The villa is lovely and the swimming pool and gardens are well thought out. Thank goodness for air conditioning!

Perfect
I met the owners of this property a few years ago. What a charming couple. I was hoping to buy a villa in their complex but they had all been sold. So I kept their details and we speak regularly. It was a delight for me and my family to spend a few weeks at Number 5 Crystal Bay Breeze. For us it it perfect. The only problem is they will not sell it to me!
Sunny delight
To be fair the holiday was great. The villa is beautiful and extremely well appointed. We have stayed in other villas throughout the world, no package holidays for us, and many of them just have the basics. This clearly has been furnished by the owners as their home from home. If I had read the advert properly I would have noticed that it is not the ideal place for toddlers. Having said that we are back in September for a romantic week without children.
