Turkish airlines do good deals from England to Istanbul connecting to Ercan... a taxi from Ercan airport takes around 30minutes and costs roughly £30-£40. car hire companies in the are include pacific rentals, sunrentacar and rhinocarhire.
or you can fly to Larnaca in the south and get a transfer / car rental up to the north. this does tend to be the cheaper flight option. a taxi from larnaca to the apartment will cost around £40-£45 and takes around 50 minutes. car hire companies in larnaca are vast, i tend to use pacific car rentals.
