Description
Patara City is located in the historic town of Kyrenia with great views of the Besparmak mountain. The well equipped apartment is in a unique and luxurious complex, the first of its kind in Northern Cyprus. It has 3 large bedrooms and a spacious kitchen. There are lounge and dining rooms with large balconies overlooking the complex. Patara City is a short walk to the town of Kyrenia and has a beautiful harbour and a lot of bars and restaurants with lovely views. There are beautiful beaches, unspoiled landscapes and historical places to visit. This is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
Outside there are landscaped communal gardens with breathtaking views of the mountains. There are 300sqm. pool, terraces, sun beds and an indoor heated pool. Tenants enjoy a 24-hour gated security system. On the large balcony of the apartment, there is a table and seating for alfresco dining, complete with the lovely views of the mountains, sunrise and sunset.
The resort is 5-10 min. walk to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest beaches are 10-15 min drive away. The beautiful village of Bella Pais is only 20 minute drive away.
There is a golf course at Esentepe which is approximately 20 min. drive away. The apartment is 25 min. drive away from Ercan airport (North Cyprus) and 1 hour drive away from Southern Cyprus (Larnaca).
There are lovely shops and great restaurants in the village. It takes a 10-min walk to reach the town of Kyrenia. It has a lot of shops and bars. There are also a historic castle and a lovely harbor.
The climate is sunny for 300 days throughout the year. March is the beginning of the traditional tourist season with day time temperatures comparable to the best early summer days of Northern Europe. In TRNC banks are open from Monday to Friday. Local time is 2 hours ahead of UK time.
