The two, 2 bedroom air-conditioned front line apartments between Kucuk Erenkoy and Bahceli are both available - each sleeping 4 persons and are as close to the sea as you can get, with continuous patio doors providing exceptional ‘infinity’ sea views. The owner has furnished both properties to a high standard and they are suitable for guests who might wish to just book one or, maybe if you want a family/ friends holiday and need more space - these are ideal. If booked together discounts are available.

Each property has 1 Double Bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a further Twin Bedroom with fitted wardrobes. There is a shared Family Shower Room/ WC.

The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen have continuous floor-to-ceiling patio doors that look directly out to sea giving an 'infinity' effect and when open all you can hear is the sea gently lapping on the rocks below.

Both apartments have good size patio/sun terrace off lounge but the ground floor apartment has a slighly bigger terrace for entertaining and BBQ's. The top floor apartment is reached by the front door off the passing road and the bottom floor apartment is reached by side steps down by the beach.

There are stunning views from all rooms looking towards the impressive coastline and Mediterranean Sea. Small maintained communal gardens and parking area.

The apartment is located on the coastal road between Esentepe and Tatlisu, surrounding by mountain views to the South and overlooking the Sea to the North. Located approximately 30 minutes car journey east of Kyrenia, Tatlisu goes back many years to ancient times, and it is here that you will find the old Christian church now used as a local mosque. This quaint village, en-route to the Karpaz Peninsula, boasts many amenities including local shops, bars and restaurants.

Esentepe is located approximately 10 minutes car journey from Tatlisu and this is another small village that goes back many years to ancient times . The village is now home to many expats and boasts amenities from a Doctor's surgery, police station, primary and secondary schools as well as grocers, bars and restaurants. The village has something for everyone whether relaxing on the stunning coastlines or, rambling walks in the pine forests nestled in the mountainside.

The new Korineum Championship Golf Course lies on the Esentepe Road as well as the planned Port Cyprium Marina – definitely an up and coming area.

Catalkoy is a quaint, pretty village, approximately 6 miles east of Kyrenia and boasts wonderful views of the sea, Bellapais Abbey and the Five Finger Mountain Range. There are several newly created beaches and some of the best fish restaurants on the Island.



Bellapais is set approximately 3 miles to the east of Kyrenia in an elevated position with wonderful views to Kyrenia and the coast. The village is dominated by Bellapais Abbey, which was originally founded in the 12th century by monks of the Augustinian Order, and is the most impressive Gothic building in Cyprus (a must see).

The Abbey is situated on a natural terrace overlooking the village of Ozankoy with a good selection of restaurants with local and international cuisine.



In Kyrenia main town you'll find the old carob warehouses which border the harbour - these have been converted into attractive cafes, restaurants, bars and private residences with the fishing boats and colourful yachts making this the ideal place to while away the hours. This fascinating town is situated on the northern coast of Cyprus. Its horseshoe-shaped harbour with backdrop of the Besparmak Mountains make Kyrenia one of the most beautiful areas on the Island.



Kyrenia Castle overlooks the harbour, a truly magnificent edifice constructed in the 9th century to ward off Arab invaders.



There are plenty of place of interest in the area for those days when you want to do more than laze in the sun, including; Shipwreck Museum, Folklore Museum, Fine Arts Museum, Monument and Museum of Freedom and Peace, Cafer Pasha Museum, Bellapais Abbey and St. Hilarion Castle.



Approximately 26km from Kyrenia, Nicosia became the capital of the Island under the Lusignan reign during the 13th to 15th centuries. The old city is surrounding by massive walls built by the Venetians to defend against the Turkish invasion in the 16th century. NOTE: Payment for your booking can be made via bank transfer to our UK bank account or personal cheque. A £200 deposit will secure your booking. Alternatively payments will also be accepted in euros.

A 'damage and breakages' security deposit - normally to the value of one week's rental fee - will also be taken at the time of confirming the reservation. The deposit will be held against the possibility of loss or damage to the property and its contents. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 10 days of departure subject to a clear post-property inspection.
