Description
The house is fully walled, alarmed with electric gate, two double garages and has a large garden with under cover braii area. It has 2 twin rooms (not bunks) 1 double and one main bedroom with king-size bed. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, washing machine etc. There is an open plan dining room through to lounge, with a 6-seater dining table and 2 large leather lounge suites. There is a T.V, DVD surround sound system along with satellite DSTV system connected. On the veranda is an 8 seater table, umbrella and kettle BBQ and sun lounger.
A picturesque village approximately 75kms south of central Durban and 30 min. drive from the airport. Pennington is considered the little jewel of the south coast. Originally a farm owned by the Pennington family, this seaside village is one of the prettiest woodland settings along the coast. It is blessed with wonderful indigenous trees and abundant bird life and miles of unspoilt beach. The local village has a shopping mall with a supermarket, pub, chemist, off licence, various other shops and a cash-point (ATM). Weather: A temperate, sub tropical climate with warm to hot and humid summers and mild winters. Escape European winters & relax in average daytime temps of 25-28 degrees centigrade. Many European tourists also like to visit from April - September as the weather is dry and average maximum daytime temperatures are between 22 - 25 degrees centigrade. Two Views is one road from the beach. Enjoy long walks, fishing, swimming, exploring the rock pools or simply relaxing.
