Beach Haven is situated on one of South Africa’s premier golf estates which is Prince's Grant Coastal Golf Estate. It is located 25 minute from King Shaka International Airport (Durban) and about 45 minutes north of Durban city on a secure estate on the Dolphin coast overlooking the Indian Ocean. This golf course has been ranked as one of the top 20 golf courses in South Africa and benefits from picturesque sceneries of the Indian Ocean.
This estate has also been rated as “a 5-star golf experience” by the Golf Digest. It is located in a malaria free region and provides a top quality 24-hour security throughout the Estate giving guests peace of mind to be able to fully enjoy their holidays and be able to relax.
Located at the end of quiet and secluded Sandhills Road the villa is just a few walks away from miles of stunning unspoiled beaches. It is within the estate of the Prince's Grant Lodge which offers a restaurant called Bunkers and a bar called Mulligans that operates all year round. Prince’s Grant Lodge has been named by the Natal Parks Board as a site of conservation significance so that visitors can enjoy peaceful nature walks and bird watching on the estate as well as exciting canoeing and fishing in the lagoon.
Also available within the area are miles of unspoilt golden sandy beaches with frequent sights of bottle nose dolphins which can be seen all year round and hump back whales that are visible during the breeding season.
Inside, this three bedroom house - which has panoramic Indian Ocean views from almost every room - can comfortably accommodate a maximum of six people and has its own private pool and air-conditioning in all three bedrooms. Also located on the estate are the squash court, tennis courts, three spacious communal swimming pools and a children's playground perfect for families with kids.

Flights from Johannesburg 1 hour
Cape Town take two hours.
Beachhaven at Prince's Grant is 25 minutes from the airport in Durban.
There is good motorway all the way and driving is on the left handside - the same as the UK and Ireland.
Take the N2 Toll Road north from Durban International Airport. Pass the Tongaat Toll and then the Umvoti toll.
Take the Stanger/Blythdale off ramp (Exit 233). At the stop sign turn left.
Continue to the first set of traffic lights then turn right into the R102. After a 2km drive, turn right into the road marked clearly Prince's Grant.
A 4.5 km drive will bring you to the security entrance of the estate. The first 1 km is untarred.
