Description
The open plan living/dining/kitchen area features a satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and a small CD/radio/cassette player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table comfortably seats 6.
The first of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor, this is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. A separate guest cloakroom completes the accommodation on this level.
The remaining two bedrooms are located on the first floor, the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second twin bedroom with en-suite shower.
Each bedroom and the living area is equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating. A safety deposit box is provided. Beach towels and a hairdryer are also thoughtfully supplied by the owner and a baby cot, highchair and stairgate can be provided on request.
Outside the 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A brick built BBQ with built in sink unit is provided so summer dining al fresco can be enjoyed under the shade of a pergola with wooden bench seating. A private covered parking area is also available.
