The villa offers panoramic views of the bay with its turquoise clear waters and breathtaking sunsets.

The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area features a working fireplace and entertainment is provided by the satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and CD/radio/cassette player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the dining table seats 6. One twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate cloakroom are found on the ground floor.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Each bedroom and the living area is equipped with an air-conditioning unit* for both cooling and heating. A safety deposit box is available. Beach towels and a hairdryer are supplied. A baby cot, highchair, stair gate and camp bed (suitable for a child under the age of 12 years) can be provided on request.

Outside the villa leading from the patio doors of the living area and the downstairs twin bedroom is a private swimming pool 8 metres x 4 metres. The large veranda surrounding the pool is equipped with sun loungers and patio table with chairs. The villa is also equipped with a barbeque for alfresco dining.

Kissonerga is situated between the beach resort of Coral Bay and the town and harbour area of Paphos. This villa is situated in an elevated location at the very edge of Kissonerga, approximately 3 kilometres from Coral Bay and 9 kilometres from the harbour area of Paphos. Although Kissonerga produces citrus fruits and olives it is probably most well known for the cultivation of banana plantations, easily identified by their characteristic blue bags rustling in the breeze.

Loosely separated into two communities, the coastal area of Kissonerga features several hotels, a couple of mini-markets, a growing number of shops and a small selection of eating places covering everything from meze style dining to dishes with a more international flavour. The nearest beach to the villa is Potima Bay, an almost deserted narrow strip, of sand and pebbles, however due to the current in this area swimmers should exercise caution. The main beach for the Kissonerga area is the small sandy cove at Vardas Beach which is approximately 1.5 kilometres away and great for swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent and a small selection of watersports are available in the summer months.

Set approximately 2 kilometres inland is the residential village with a bank, chemist, two coffee shops, a small high class restaurant and even an English style pub!

Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. A little further along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay. Continue still further along the coast and you reach the natural rock caves of the area know locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.

Paphos Town once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Ano Pafos on the cliff, is the main administrative centre and residential district and Kato Pafos, by the sea, built around the harbour and medieval port is the main tourist area.

Exploring Coral Bay, Paphos and everywhere in between, increases the list of available activities and attractions to include mini golf, watersports, go-karting, horse riding, a snooker hall, bowling alley, heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, a waterpark, an aquarium and the Paphos Bird and Animal Park.
