Description
Surrounded by immaculate gardens and tropical banana plantations, the location is perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday. The superb accommodation is set over one level and sandy beaches, a selection of shops and restaurants are found within a short stroll.
The accommodation is set over one level and comprises of an open-plan living/dining room, comfortably furnished and well equipped with Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD, VCR and Stereo CD player. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar with stools and is equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic hob.
A hallway leads to the three bedrooms. The master double bedroom is extremely spacious, and has a dressing area to one side, through which is reached the en-suite bathroom. Two twin bedded rooms and another full bathroom complete the facilities. All three bedrooms have patio doors leading to the pool terrace.
Each bedroom is equipped with an air-conditioning unit which can be used for either cooling or heating. A safety deposit box and pool towels are supplied. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
Outside, the 9m x 4.5m private swimming pool is surrounded by both covered and open terraces and extensive, well-kept lawns and gardens. A brick-built barbeque area is situated next to a purpose built pergola with table and chairs. There is a ramp from the lounge to the pool terrace, making the villa more suitable for wheelchair access.
