The home is a luxury 5 Bedroom, 5 Bath sleeps up to 10 and covers more than 2,500 sq ft.,it has a private pool and Jacuzzi spa and is only 2 miles from Disney World, the Magic Kingdom and attractions! It is also located next to Mystic Dunes Golf Resort, ranked number two in Orlando. It is fully air-conditioned Kissimmee vacation home and is the perfect base to explore all the exciting things to do and see around Disney. Offering every comfort that you would expect from a 5 Star resort plus a location on a premium private plot, this exciting Orlando family vacation rental home offers a large covered lanai area so that guests can enjoy being outside, while staying cool with extended decking around the large heated pool and Jacuzzi spa with safety netting for children. The extended deck offers plenty of sunbathing space and is a perfect spot for adults to sit back, relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine while the children have lots of fun in the pool or if you prefer the Jacuzzi spa is another perfect way to unwind and relax at the end of a fun-packed day at the parks and attractions. There are two sliding patio doors leading out to the lanai area, one from the living area and one from the kitchen/nook area. Both doors have pool alarms fitted.

Furniture and accessories include a 50 Flat screen LCDHDTV with Digital Cable. There are flat panel TVs and DVD players in all 5 bedrooms. A games room with pool table, ice hockey table, dart board, air conditioning, bar table and stools, 52 HDTV with DVD player and Playstation 2. The property also has *FREE WIRELESS BROADBAND INTERNET*. All rooms have their own bathrooms.

As you enter the Kissimmee house the floor area is fully tiled and leads though to the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast table, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washer and dryer, dishwasher, iron and iron board, everything you need to rustle up a quick snack or prepare a family feast.....

All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided in each bedroom and bathroom. This Florida vacation house is professionally cleaned and managed, with 24-hour emergency service.

Located in the downstairs cupboard is a travel cot (sheets are provided in the linen cupboard outside king bedroom 1), high chair and a pink stroller. A pool guard gate is available and is set up for your arrival should you request upon booking. The pool and spa is cleaned once a week.
