Nestling amidst pine trees and open fell, each detached four star timber lodge has French doors which open to a wooden covered veranda where you can float away whilst taking in the truly spectacular views and watch the profusion of wildlife, both furred and feathered. The tranquil unspoilt scenery makes it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy relaxing holiday or romantic getaway. The Lodges are beautifully designed and offer privacy and home form home living.

The Lodges provide a separate king-size with TV, twin and bunk bedrooms plus spacious kitchen & living room.

All the lodges have there own private outside covered decking area with seating and a table. The fully fitted kitchens include; oven, hob, fridge and microwave. All glasses, plates and cutlery provided. The cosy living areas are all furnished with comfortable seating and a large screen TV /DVD player.

Set in seven acres of beautiful private grounds



It goes without saying they are well furnished to a very high standard for your comfort . warm and cozy during the winter months .



Three good size bedrooms .One King-size with Colour TV, one Bunk-room for the children / teenagers and a one Twin bedded room allowing each lodge to sleep a family of six comfortably .A large welcoming lounge with comfortable three piece suite. 32" LED flat screen Color Television, ,DVD and music system.

French doors lead on to the spacious , furnished covered veranda/ deck with incredible views of the surrounding countryside. Artlegarth is bounded by dry stone walls, fringed on one side by a screen of tall pine trees, with driveway and ample parking. An ornamental pond frequently visited by Heron and wild ducks .A charming stream flows through the wooded area were red squirrels , Rabbits and owls can often be seen.



The fells and footpaths that surround Artlegarth lodges are a paradise for walking and cycling, whether your idea of a good walk is a brisk mountain climb or a meander along a gentle valley. Walkers can access the hills direct from the door The area offers unrivaled walking within spectacular landscapes

an historic unspoilt idyllic Cumbrian village The region is an area of outstanding natural beauty with a wealth of activities on hand, Ravenstonedale lies between the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District national parks. This situation provides 'the best of both worlds' with the amenities of both areas. At hand walking, golf, riding, fishing, Miles and miles of fell and dales plus gently undulating country lanes await you.



Buzzards, curlews, woodpeckers and the Red-squirrel are but just a few of the species regularly sighted at Artlegarth.

The Settle-Carlisle railway, reputedly the most attractive line in the UK, winding its way through some of the finest scenery in Britain, is just 2 miles away from the village.
