There is ample parking for 3 cars (or more) and the Barn has its own south facing terraced area with garden furniture, as well as rear gardens. There is also a BBQ area and in-door play area, equipped with games and toys for guests to use. The Barn also benefits from superb views of the surrounding countryside.
The Granary Barn has been completely renovated to provide the highest standard in contemporary reverse level family holiday accommodation. On the ground floor an entrance hall leads to two twin and one double bedroom, family bathroom and en suite wet room. The second floor staircase is enclosed in glass with an entrance to the living room and separate dining room, with steps to a raised kitchen located under the original high vaulted roof beams. The third floor mezzanine has a fourth bedroom with en suite shower and WC. There is a first floor veranda and second floor Juliet balcony. There are exposed beams throughout and many original features have been retained. The property is fully equipped for groups or families with small children. We can provide a cot and highchair etc.
Within a few miles there are a tremendous variety of beautiful beaches. Bantham and Bigbury being particularly notable examples of classic sandy Devon beaches. Alternatively you can play links golf, explore miles of coastal walks, visit heritage sites or relax in one of the numerous local pubs. Salcombe, the renowned sailing and water sports centre is 10 miles away by car.
