Rock Lynn is a newly renovated, detached bungalow set in an elevated position above Braithwaite village with the most fabulous views over the village towards Skiddaw, the Helvelyn range and right round to Barrow. This is a fabulous bungalow which has been finished to the highest standards. Full gas central heating and double glazing.
The lounge is lovely and bright has an open fire in a pine surround, two leather settees, color TV, DVD, video and CD player. There are fabulous views towards the fells from the main bay window and side window. This is a perfect room in which to relax and just look out towards the views. The dining kitchen is fully fitted and very well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher microwave, etc, dining table and four chairs and patio doors which lead to the patio area. Off the kitchen there is a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two very comfortable bedrooms, one double room with a super king size bed, pine furniture, and coordinating fabrics. The front bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower, WC and wash hand basin. There are the most fabulous views from this bedroom. The second bedroom is again well finished and has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath, WC and wash hand basin. Both bedrooms have zip-linked beds which means that either room can be made up as a double or a twin room. If you require a change in configuration of beds. (eg two doubles or two twin rooms) a charge of £15.00 will be made. This is a lovely, bright bungalow with plenty of space, private parking to the front for up to four cars, a private patio to the side with picnic bench and the most exceptional views towards numerous fells. Rock Lynn is an ideal property where you can escape and relax but within striking distance of the pubs and shop and superb walking from the doorstep. To the back of the bungalow there is a steep grassed area where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the fells.
