Shower room: With shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
Lower ground floor:

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom.
Bathroom: with shower over bath, WC and hand basin.

All fuel, bed linen and power included. Cot available.
The cottage has a Front patio area, communal BBQ and picnic areas. Public phonebox by side of pub opposite. The property is close to the A66.
Scales View No 1 can be let on its own or together with Scales View No 2 & No 3 to accommodate up to 16 people.
This property will accept short breaks all year round, irrespective of when they are booked except for Christmas and New Year, as long as they don't cross over a 2 week period.
Scales View cottages are a stone built barn sympathetically converted into 2 three bedroom and 1 two bedroom cottages which may be let individually or together to accommodate large groups of up to 16 people.
Situated in an imposing position at the foot of Blencathra with stunning views across the valley to Threlkeld common and Clough Head, the property is ideally located to walk the Blencathra and Skiddaw range and within easy access of Keswick, with its many amenities, Borrowdale and Ullswater.
