Victoria Cottage is a traditional terraced cottage, full of lake land character. The property is conveniently located in the centre of Keswick, a stones throw from the River Greta and Fitz Park. The cottage, on 3 floors is double glazed and centrally heated bestowing a homely and inviting feel. On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge with feature stone fireplace, gas fire, colour TV, DVD and pine stripped door leading to the spacious kitchen and diner. The kitchen is light and airey with fully fitted electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, CD mini hi-fi system. The kitchen is at the back of the property which commands the most wonderful views up to the magnificent Skiddaw. Off the kitchen / diner is the open plan staircase up to the first floor which has a delightful double bedroom, pine furniture with attractive co-ordinated linen. On this floor is the bathroom, which has a shower over the bath, hand basin and WC. Up the stairs leading from the first floor is the second bedroom. This spacious double bedroom has a sofa if you wish to have some quiet time, there is also a colour LCD TV, DVD.
