Description

As you enter the cottage you will notice the unusual layout. The lounge has windows to the front and patio doors to the back allowing lots of light into the lounge and dining areas. The lounge has patio doors leading to the patio and garden areas where you can sit and enjoy the lovely Lakeland views. The kitchen is newly fitted and has electric oven & gas hob, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a breakfast table and chairs. From the kitchen there is a small utility/drying area with a washer/dryer and space for coats and boots. The main bathroom is on the ground floor and has bath, WC and wash hand basin and is decorated in Laura Ashley prints. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The twin bedroom has two single beds, wardrobes, drawers etc. and also has an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and cupboards and the third bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe, drawers etc and views towards Skiddaw. There is parking on the driveway for two cars and a large garden with patio furniture to the back of the cottage. The garden is very private and backs onto fields and fells This is a perfect place to get away from town but yet be within easy walking to the shop, local restaurant and pubs which all serve food.
