Situated in part of the main house at Lingholm this newly renovated, very spacious apartment offers a wonderful base for relaxing, walking or touring the lakes. As with all other properties at Lingholm there is access to the lake, fabulous walks along the lakeshore and through the gardens. To the front of the apartment is the lounge with bay window, TV, DVD and CD player, two very comfortable sofas, electric coal effect fire and fabulous views over the gardens to the fells. The newly fitted, spacious kitchen has plenty of units, granite worktops, built-in oven and hob, integrated fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Along the main corridor is the large master bedroom with its very comfortable super king sized bed with pillow top mattress, light oak furniture - built in wardrobe, bed side cabinets and drawers. Off this room is the fully tiled en-suite with shower, W.C and wash hand basin. A larger bathroom is also available on this level, with corner bath, separate shower, WC and wash hand basin. On the upper floor is a second bedroom with plenty light with windows, each offering fabulous views, at both ends of the room. This twin room is in the eaves of the house and is full of unusual shapes and character.
