Crandy Nook is a fabulous 4-bedroom maisonette, recently refurbished to a very high specification. Centrally located, it boasts stunning views of Skiddaw, Walla Crag and Latrigg. Acess is via a metal staircase which leads to the entrance on the first floor of this Victorian building. Set then on three floors, the accommodation consists of 2 large double bedrooms, one with bay window overlooking one of the main shopping areas of the town, a ¾ bedroom and single bedroom. All are well furnished with oak furniture and have co-oordinating fabrics. There are 2 luxury bathrooms, both have baths, walk-in showers and heated towel rails; a pack of towels is provided for each bedroom. The kitchen and living area are located on the top floor and enjoy magnificent panoramic views. The kitchen has a slate floor, granite worktops and integrated appliances with an abundance of storage and worktop space. The living / dining area, which is light and airy with a high ceiling, has a wall-mounted flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player with iPod docking station, two leather settees, dining table & six comfortable dining chairs.
