The property is located in Villa Polymnia where it sets in the municipality of Livathos which is situated in a very peaceful area close to beautiful and traditional villages, and is only 100 meters away from the seafront. The place has its own private road and gated entrance with a big parking area. It also stands on its own secluded stunning private grounds of 4000 square meters with many trees, an 85 square meter infinity swimming pool and a big traditional barbeque. Surrounded with big verantas, guests may enjoy panoramic views of the sea, stunning island of Zakinthos, Dias and mount of Ainos to the rear, and the scenery view of the traditional villages of Kourkoumelata, Kaligata and Metaxata to the front.
Within walking distance there are several local tavernas, two restaurants and two mini markets which are very accessible to the guests coming from the property. The capital of Argostoli is only at a 15 minute drive while the main resort of Kefallonia, Lassi is within 10 minute drive only.
The spacious, large, private, three bedroomed villa is within a short walk to the lovely sandy Avithos beach. Guests may try eating out and enjoy the flavours of Kefalonia in one of the nearby local tavernas. During the evenings, sitting in the balconies under the stars while listening to the gentle roll of the waves from the nearby beach is one of the best relaxation activities suggested.
Villa Polymnia is also equipped with all modern conveniences and the garden houses with a large barbeque for those who desire is to cook alfresco. Guests are also sugegsted to make the most of the Ionian summer and treat themselves self to a lovely holiday as the villa also offers luxury amenities such as large living area, a spacious dining area, fully fitted kitchen with a dining table, a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing machine. Complete with the said amenities, guests will be able to enjoy leaving home and finding another home in this wonderful vacation escapade.
