The Levante Villa has are two air-conditioned bedrooms each having comfortable king-size beds and pillows with colourful bedpreads and cushions and crisp cotton linen. Wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, radio alarm clock, telephone and hairdryer. The main bedroom light can be dimmed or switched off from the bed.
Each room has french doors leading to a balcony with table and chairs from which you can enjoy the beautiful mountain and sea views.

On the first floor there is modern bathroom that has been designed with a window than can opened to enjoy the morning fresh air. There is a large overhead shower and an additional hand held shower within a spacious glass enclosure plus WC and wash hand basin. Hand and sheet towels are provided together with a shower mat.
On the ground floor there is wc and wash hand basin.
Complimentary L'Occitane soap, hair and body products are provided together with shower caps.

This fully equipped modern kitchen has maple coloured cabinets and black granite work surfaces with a oven and hobb, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, cofffee maker and scales. It is extensively equipped with good quality china and glass with numerous cooking utensils to satisfy any keen chef. (The washing machine does not feature in the kitchen as we provide a full laundry room ie. two sinks, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and press situated in the basement)

The open plan dining room has an extending maple dining table with black leather dining chairs. Glass and place mats and table runners are provided. There is a second set of french doors that leads to the same large terrace as the living areas.

The Levante Villa open plan living room has a Marks and Spencer (everyday) sofa bed and two raffia bucket chairs, all with colourful cushions. Oka chests are used as coffee tables in addition to a nest of tables. There is a TV with Nova Satellite and a DVD and HiFi player and, of course, the free Wi-Fi connection.
There are french doors leading to a large terrace with a traditional pergola. On the terrace there is a mosaic table and chairs.
For those enjoying the villa out of season and during the winter months there is a wood burning stove.

The Levante Villa (and, of course, the Ponente Villa) each have a large terrace with tables and chairs for alfresco eating and romantic evenings. The villas are surrounded by scented gardens with roses, honeysuckle and jasmine climbling and tumble over walls and pergolas. Bougainvillea, oleanders and many other flowering shrubs create a colourful display. There are orange, lemon, nespole, fig and numerous olive trees. Surrounded by extensive terraces, which have sun and shade, is a large swimming pool 11m x 5.5 m with a constant depth of 1.4 m (pool heating is available to a maximum of 82F/28C at an additional cost) and heated shower. There is a fully equipped outside stylish kitchen with barbecue, fridge etc. and an adjacent dining area shaded by a pergola with a table that can seat 10. There are numerous loungers, director's chairs and deck chairs from which you can relax, unwind soak up the enchanting valley and mountain views that surround these outstanding villas and side tables to hold your cold drinks.

On arrival you will be warmly welcomed by our English speaking local representative who is available to assist you in any way during your stay. The Levante and Ponente Villas (Ponente Villa reference no. 34185) can be rented individually, but would also be suitable for a party of 2 to 10 wanting shared facilities outside, but individual privacy internally.

All bedrooms are air conditioned and as the villas are fully central heated and have wood-burning stoves they are very comfortable in the winter and spring.

All linen is provided including house, pool and beach towels and there is a maid service three times a week with the linen, towels & pool towels changed twice weekly. There are travel cots & high chairs for use (although not linen for the travel cots). The pool is cleaned early morning thrice weekly.

We provide a welcome hamper together with complimentary L'Occitane hair and body products for the bathrooms. Hair dryers are provided in the bedrooms.

Please note that we have a non smoking policy in the bedrooms.

Each villa has private parking space inside the electric gated entrance.

The airport (EFL) is 60 minutes drive away and there are direct flights on Tuesday’s from Birmingham, Cardiff, Gatwick, Luton, Manchester with various airlines inc Easyjet,Thomas Cook,Thomsonfly/Thomson and daily flights from Athens. There are ferries from Patra and Brindisi (Italy) to the main port Sami (8km) and from Kyllini to the port of Poros (33km). A car is not essential, but recommended, so that one can explore and appreciate this beautiful island. Taxis can be arranged on request.
