Description

This marvelous apartment is situated on the second floor with a lift direct to the door! It is ideally located in close proximity to both of the complexes large lagoon pools, 2 jacuzzis, shallow children’s pool, rock formations, waterfalls, showers and toilets. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols for you to relax and enjoy the ambience of this spectacular complex. Sunbathe with a little more privacy there is a roof terrace with panoramic views.

Royal Seacrest is set in one of the best locations in Paphos in the heart of the Tomb of the Kings area, its location is peaceful and tranquil yet close to all amenities including supermarkets, banks, car hire, bus stops, chemist. On the Tombs of the Kings Road, you will find restaurants of virtually every nationality you can think of.

Royal Seacrest is a short walk to the municipal blue flag and the Kefalos Village beach. Beyond that the harbour area is a 20-25 minute walk along the new scenic coastal path and you can reach the old town and market within 5 minutes. There are local air conditioned buses that pass nearby and taxis are easily obtained to Paphos. Beautiful Coral Bay is a 10 minute drive or bus ride away and so is the excellent snorkeling location, St George's Hotel.

With it's warm climate and distinctive landscape, Cyprus is an ideal golf destination, and there are three 18-hole championship standard courses located near by. PGA-qualified instructors are on-hand, and all feature pro shops, restaurants, bars and practice/ driving ranges. The Aphrodite Hills Course is dotted with olive and carob trees, with manicured fairways and challenging pot bunkers overlooking the sea. Practice features include three academy holes, four target green bunkers and short-game practice facilities. The Tsada Golf Course is set in the grounds of a 17th Century monastery, and the Secret Valley Golf Course is set in a scenic valley and makes the most of the surrounding rock formations. Cyprus has its very own ski resort which offers skiing throughout the winter months. Trodoos Mountain is about one hour's drive away and offers skiing at 2,000m altitude with 4 lifts and a selection of slopes for all abilities. Equipment rental is available at the resort.

The whole of Paphos is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The 4th Century BC Tomb of the Kings are only a 5 minute walk away. Nearby attractions include the Paphos Bird Park, the Water Park and go-karting. There is a 5 star PADI Dive school and 5 star ESPA Spa at the nearby Elysium hotel (800m away). Paphos is a year round holiday resort, and an ideal base for visiting all parts of the island. The winter months are just as popular as the summer. Paphos has something for everyone. A wide variety of restaurants, bars and night clubs, historical places of interest, golf courses nearby, beaches and water sports, and a really friendly laid back atmosphere. There are lots for every family member to do around Paphos and further afield, but mainly people coming to the town just want to soak up the atmosphere of the old town, the beautiful harbour area with its mediaeval fort and the House of Dionysus, with its beautiful mosaics.

Royal Seacrest is on Tombs of the Kings Road, the main Paphos to Coral Bay road. The apartment was extremely well appointed
Royal Seacrest - certainly worth a visit for a relaxing holiday. The apartment was extremely well appointed, very comfortable with beautiful views of the sea and sunset from the front door balcony. The complex has been thoughtfully developed with two pools, a child's pool, jacuzzis. There was a wide range of local restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

We had a great time at Royal Seacrest. Our party of 4 adults went at the end of August. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and modern. The restaurants were only a five minute walk. Fat Mamas, O'Neils and the Chinese were excellent. Definitely recommend the complex!

Nov 2010- We had a fab holiday in Paphos.Your apt was very much home from home and I loved the decor etc.The complex is really handy for everywhere yet not too near to the bars.I am already looking at flights for next year!!

Lovely family complex
We stayed here with my 7 year old daughter and we had a great time, the pool area is excellent, great for kids, very child friendly, it was nice to mix with other families but it was nice to retreat to the peace & quiet of the balcony. A short walk and you are in the main area with all the bars & restaurants and the Tomb of the Kings which is an amazing attraction and great for kids too as they can freely climb all over the tombs! That would never be allowed in this country! The apartment is well equipt and nicely decorated. Overall - a very pleasant place to stay.
