Set in the heart of the beautiful Kato Paphos, it is close to the popular and lively Tomb of the Kings area, but retains a quiet and private atmosphere. It is a short 5 minute walk from local amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, internet cafes, bars, clubs, banks and car hire facilities, and a further 5 minute walk from Faros beach. The bustling harbour can be accessed easily by a short stroll along the coastal path or if you prefer, by bus. A short walk in the opposite direction will bring you to the picturesque old market town standing on a hill which affords lovely views over the surrounding coastline.

The apartment is fully air conditioned with a spacious open plan living and dining area containing a TV (satellite TV with UK channels) and DVD player (with a selection of movies). It has a fully equipped modern kitchen and a furnished balcony offering fabulous sea views. The apartment comes with a private roof terrace that is perfect for sunbathing. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has two single beds.

Within the complex there are 2 lagoon style swimming pools, outdoor Jacuzzis, landscaped gardens, indoor gym and children’s pool and play area.

Ipod docking station, radio, music, books and board games are also provided as is a private covered car parking space which you will appreciate in the hot summer sun.

Paphos is a beautiful West Cyprian coastal town overflowing with history and legend. Once the capital city of Cyprus in ancient Roman times, this UNESCO world heritage site is now a lively harbour town that enjoys an average of 340 days of sunshine each year.

A short drive along the coast from Paphos is the birthplace of the Greek goddess Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty. Lore has it that she came forward from a rock in the sea with a great surge of waves and that her magic still blesses the island with overwhelming splendour.

Venture inland to discover the Troodos mountains with its steep cliffs and winding roads. Picnic by the many reservoirs or visit some of the numerous monasteries perched in the cliffsides. You can even ski in winter.

Why not take a sightseeing boat trip around the Akamas peninsular and marvel at the breathtaking landscape of the ragged rocky coastline and crystal blue sea, or have a picnic on the cliff tops overlooking Aphrodite’s rock.

English is widely spoken and you will find the people welcoming and friendly. The famous Tomb of the Kings historical site is less than 15 minutes walk from the apartment

The popular Tourist Area is located nearby, along the seafront , past the old fishing harbour with its ancient Byzantine fort. Here you will find a variety of charming restaurants that offer exquisite local and international cuisines as well as numerous cafes, bars and night clubs, boutiques and shops.

Whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday or an action-packed adventure, there are plenty of things to see and do in and around Paphos. A Jeep Safari ventures daily to Turtle Beach in the Akamas National Park where you can see the protected Greenback turtle lays their eggs.

There are go-karting parks, bowling alleys and 3 superb golf courses as well as the fantastic Aphrodite water park filled with water rides and the biggest family rafting ride in Europe! Fishing trips, water surfing, paragliding and jet skiing are all available along the beach front. You can visit the archaeological site of the ancient Roman city, and see the magnificent mosaics, castle ruins and theatre left behind by the Roman occupation.
