Sunisland is situated in a very desirable area of the Universal district in Kato Paphos, just off the main road leading towards the Tomb of the Kings, yet only a short walk from the many busy shops, bars and restaurants. There are two kiosks next door, a nearby DVD rental shop, and public transportation such as taxi & car rental within a hundred yard walk & bus stop to the harbour outside the apartment. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday or for guests wanting to be close to all amenities such as the beaches, golf, karting, paint balling, bowling, water sports and the aqua park.

The Paphos district is an all year round holiday destination with 330 days of sunshine every year, with temperatures rarely dropping below 59 degrees in the winter, rising to an average of 90 degrees in the summer, being ideal for sun worshipers and people who loves water sports.

Paphos is also known as a charming west coast town focused around a picturesque harbor lined with boats and pleasure craft. Trips to Cairo and the Pyramids can also be arranged from here. Places to visit include the Aphrodite Hills, which are set in the midst of carob & olive groves near the town of Pissouri & The Secret Valley. Guests may also visit the Troodos mountains which can be reached easily by car. It is possible to ski and snowboard in the morning and go down to the beach for the afternoon to enjoy the water sports which include water skiing, scuba diving, jet skis, banana boats & paragliding.

There are also 3 golf courses within a short driving distance plus a Driving Range nearby. Guests may also try the Jeep Safaris which are available to the mountains. And after a day of tourist spots hopping, guests may dig in to the restaurants to try out some local delicacies and caters for everyone.

For guests who are traveling for business and needs internet connection anywhere, they may try the internet cafes in the area, although there is secure wireless internet available in the apartment.

The Sunisland penthouse apartment, complete with a furnished roof terrace, is ideal for large families or wedding parties. Each room are equipped with full air conditioning plus ceiling fans. Guests may also use the Sky TV with standard UK channels and free view channels in the lounge area as well as DVD player, a selection of DVD''s, CD''s, books, playing cards and several games. The lounge area has patio doors leading to the spacious furnished balcony with sunbeds and provides stunning sea views. It also overlooks the communal area, gardens and pools, where guests may do family bonding or hen night parties etc. The area is tastefully furnished with 2 settees which convert easily into comfortable double beds. The open plan kitchen or dining area, which opens onto the private gated terrace at the rear, is fully equipped with everything needed to cater for a large family, including a washing machine. There is also a fresh supply of drinking water via separate tap and a breakfast bar with stools as an addition to the table and chairs that can accommodate eight people.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment: the master bedroom provides stunning sea views and includes twin beds, fitted wardrobes and cupboards with ample storage space. A safe is also installed for security & the en suite shower room is also fully tiled; the second bedroom, on the other hand, has a double bed included, fitted wardrobes also with cupboards and ample storage space and with patio doors leading to the rear terrace, which is privately gated and provides breath-taking mountain views. Guests may also use the main bathroom as it is also fully tiled with full length bath and shower.

With cheap Easyjet flights now from Bristol, Edinburgh, Gatwick , Stanstead, Luton, Manchester and Jet2 flights from East Midlands & Newcastle, guests may visit Sunisland without having to spend so much. Guests may also arrange transfers from and to Paphos airport which costs at around 30 euros each way and can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons. For guests coming from Larnaca, transfers are also available at a price and can accommodate more than four people.
