There is a large open plan living and dining area with seating for 8 and TV and PLAYSTATION 2 with games and DVD player. There are 3 bedrooms in total with 1 double and 2 twin with 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). There is a nice big balcony which overlooks the pool area below. BEACH, SHOPS, RESTAURANTS & BARS ONLY 1KM AWAY : Eliana Villa is a high quality three bedroom villa with its own private swimming pool, located at the heart of Kato Paphos and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, tavernas, pubs, banks and supermarkets. Situated in an established residential and private villa area, it commands an exceptionally convenient location within Paphos. It is approximately 1.25km from the beach, 1km from the main shopping and entertainment centre of Paphos and 9km from Paphos International Airport. OTHER ACTIVITIES: For families the excellent Paphos Water Park is on the door step a fantastic family fund day out and is well worth at least one full day out. Plus there are the ancient historical sites, harbour, plenty of bars and restaurants.

Super Family Villa with Amazing Private Pool
"We have recently returned from a wonderful family holiday in this super villa, perfectly located for what we wanted which was a lazy relaxing holiday in a lovely place with fabulous pool. Although the weather was very hot it was ideal for the children who alternated between pool and TV (with dvds and play station!). Joulietta was the most perfect host, attentive to every detail whilst her father, Demetrious, cooked the most wonderful Greek food we have ever tasted - delivered to the villa and eaten whilst the children were in the pool! We would go back tomorrow, given the chance."
Wonderfull - Cannot Sing High Enough Praises!
We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Eliana 2 & really cannot sing high enough praises! The villa is a fantastic haven for those who just want to laze around a stunning pool all day yet still have all the restaurants, bars & shops within walking distance (though it is a 20 minute stroll). It is in a quiet area, has all the modern facilities you could possibly want & is exceptionally clean. Joulietta is the perfect host, who is more than happy to help with any queries or advice you might need & her father, Demetrious just makes the most amazing Cypriot cuisine, you really need not leave the villa at all! Should you be able to prise yourselves away, Joulietta will also arrange car hire at very good rates whch we took advantage of. Overall, i can honestly say it has been a fantastic relaxing fortnight spent in a terrific villa & has provided many fond memories.
