This beautiful first floor apartment is located on a small complex of only 9 apartments and is fully air conditioned. Newly built in 2008, it is finished to a high standard and benefits from a large rear balcony furnished with a large table and 6 chairs, and a sun lounger . The pool area is equipped with sunloungers and parasols, and has toilets and changing areas. The spacious open plan living area is fully tiled and leads onto the rear veranda. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6, however, if you would prefer to eat al fresco the veranda also has a large table and 6 chairs.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and a balcony overlooking the front of the complex. Bed linen and towels are provided with a change of both for stays of over a week.
Both the en suite and main bathroom are fully tiled - with the bathroom having 2 hand basins. The en suite bathroom has a shower cubicle and the main bathroom has a full size bath with a shower over.
A travel cot is available for guests with small children/babies along with a booster seat that attaches to a dining chair.
The kitchen has all the utensils and equipment you might need for cooking at home.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and, for winter lets, there is an portable radiator (plus fleece throws, hot water bottles and blankets). A washing machine and iron and ironing board are provided if you wish to do some laundry during your stay.
The covered rear veranda is ideal for catching some early evening sun, or for a shaded lunchtime meal. The pool area is very spacious and the pool itself has Roman steps leading into the shallow end. The pool is encircled by a fence - peace of mind if you have small children. Please note beach towels are not provided. There are two supermarkets within a 2 minute walk - open early until late.
There is a covered allocated parking space if you wish to hire a car, although this isn't necessary unless you want to travel further afield and explore the historic island.

Although located in a quiet residential area of Paphos it is only a short walk to the seafront and the bars and restaurants along the sea front. A 15 minute walk will get you to the harbour or the nearest beach. Local buses run from the seafront if you want to explore some of the area without hiring a car.
We have an english agent to meet our guests and who is available for any questions or emergencies that should arise. A detailed information file is in the apartment and we have supplied books and DVDs, should you wish to have a quiet stay.
Paphos is one of the most popular areas of Cyprus - not only due to it's year round sunshine but also to the history of the area.
There are many historical places of interest in the Paphos area - the castle at the harbour, the mosaics, the ever popular Tomb of the Kings, St Paul's Pillar and many old churches. If you have a car and can venture a little further out there are Aphrodite's Rock and the Troodos Mountains.
Paphos old town is worth a visit - spend time wandering round the winding streets or visit the daily market. Kato Paphos is the area closer to the harbour where you can visit the mosaics or castle and then relax over a drink or meal at one of the many harbour-side restaurants or bars.
A short walk from the apartment will bring you to the main road along the seafront with it's abundance of restaurants and bars. You can choose between many different cuisines on offer - Indian, Chinese, Brazilian, Cypriot or English. Our recommendation would be Sunbow Restaurant for choice of different dishes and Da Vinci's for either a lunch watching the world go by or for dinner. If you have children they would enjoy a visit to Fat Mamma's which is situated on the Tomb of the King's road - the portions are large and there is often some entertainment laid on by the staff.
There is a waterpark, karting, diving, horse riding and mini golf in the area as well as a bird and reptile park (some of these attractions may require transport). For adults there are 3 top class golf courses a short drive away and plenty of nightlife nearer the harbour. There are jewellers, opticians and a variety of clothes shops in Paphos or if you just want to sit and relax the beach is only a 15 minute walk away.
There is a car hire firm nearby a taxi firm just up the road, The fruit market is a short walk away - perfect for fresh goods - including meat, fish and milk.

The Devonshire Bar and Restaurant is situated a little way past the Tombs of the Kings up a side road but this restaurant is very good value for money - it isn't a vast menue but the prices are good and the sunday lunches are so popular that it is best to ring ahead to book a table! If you have children they would enjoy a visit to Fat Mamma's which is situated on the Tomb of the King's road - the portions are large and there is often some entertainment laid on by the staff. The nearest airport is at Paphos, 13km away and 15 minute drive. Larnaca airport is about 1hr 30 minute drive, but the route is very straightforward
Airlines that fly to Paphos are British Airways, Easyjet, Thomas Cook, First Choice - also Cyprus Airways fly to Larnaca.
The main car hire firms have a desk at the airport: Sixt, Europcar, Alamo and Avis.
Taxis are available just outside the arrivals building. The fare is approx. €30. Airport transfers are available on a pre booked basis through our agent in Paphos - fare is approx. €30.
