Description
Furnished to a high standard, the separate kitchen has an oven , hob and extractor. Micro wave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine etc along with an array of crockery, cups and glasses etc, and has a patio door with fly screen leading out to the poolside patio with anti slip terracota tiles.
The lounge / dining room is air conditioned, has a large dining table and 4 dining chairs, 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa bed, ( this has a full metal mechanism and comes complete with mattress), coffee table, chest of drawers.SateliteTv with dvd player, separate cd player. Patio doors lead out onto the poolside patio.
Poolside patio with anti slip terracotta tiles, large patio table with 4 chairs, 2 poolside reclining chairs also available. There are 2 patio doors, one leads into the kitchen and the other leads into the lounge.
The bedroom has a double bed, 2 x bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe, large mirror, hairdryer, and is air conditioned. There is a security safe bolted inside the wardrobe for you to use. window fitted with fly screen,
The bathroom has, wash basin, mirror, bathroom cabinet, toilet, full sized bath with shower over.and has a fly screen fitted.
All bed linen supplied, all hand towels, tea towels and bath towels are also supplied.
The modern and very quiet aircon cools you down quickly in the summertime but also provides heating in the winter months.
We can also arrange airport pick up and return transfer by english speaking local taxi company.
The diana 52 complex is in the universal area of kato paphos. Close to the Tomb of the Kings road, a short walk to local bars and restaurants, Paphos old town , or bar street and its many bars and restaurants , which leads onto the beach, harbour / marina etc.
it is a 20 minute drive to coral bay, there are 3 golf courses within a 20 minute drive.

great location, well equiped and spotlessly clean
i visited this apartment in 2010 and enjoyed it so much i came back again in 2011,airport pick is great and takes all the hassle out of finding the apartment.The apartment is very well equiped, like home from home.The pool is few feet away and so is the on site shop great for all the last minute items you have forgotten.Nice and quiet location but with only a short stroll to the local bars / restaurants/ supermarket and bakery etc.You can walk to bar street and the harbour or to Paphos old town. Booking was seamless and John and Yvonne could not do enough to help us.We told my sister about this little gem and she has booked as well for October 2011
Very nice apartment
We stayed in this apartment last December for 3 weeks and liked it so much we are returning in November for 8 weeks!
