The apartment is sitatued near to The Tomb of The Kings Road (or Tafon Ton Vasileon). The Tomb of The Kings Road runs from Kato Paphos towards Coral Bay and has many restaurants and bars, most of which are family friendly and often offering entertainment. Buses run from here to Ktima, the harbour and the centre of Kato Paphos. Kato Paphos centres on Posidonos, and many bars and restaurants are dotted along this street - check our La Place Royale, a bar that is at the eastern end of Posidonos and enjoy a drink on the shaded paved patio and enjoy a spot of people watching. Most bars and pubs are clustered along Agiou Antoniou, known locally as Bar Street. The famous Linekers bar is here - with 16 screens for sporting viewing. For a complete contrast visit Paphos Market which is situated in the Old Town and has a great atmosphere. It's the place to buy souveneirs, traditional handmade lace, leather goods, and there are a variety of cafes for you to take a break in. The neighbourhoods are rich with colonial buildings and there are several museums in the area. There is an old Turkish quarter which is worth a visit. There are a variety of excursions and activities to enjoy - take a jeep safari to the Arkamas Peninsula, enquire about a boat trip at the harbour, or enjoy a wine tasting excursion to the Byzantine Monastery tucked among the mountain pines. If you want to take in some culture explore the Archaelogical Site which is located near to the harbour and is home to the remains of the ancient city of Nea Paphos, or visit the Tomb of the Kings which contains underground tombs to explore. There are also great sea views here. If you are looking for something more active there are several options... There are several diving centres based around Paphos and Carol Bay. It's not surprising that Cyprus is a popular dive destination, with it's crystal clear sea, coral colonies, fish, seashells and sea anemones, and ship wrecks offer breathtaking views to divers. The Aphodite Waterpark offers a range of rides, attractions and facilities for all the family. The park is set in 35,000 sqm of landscaped grounds. There is a visitors car park, and the bus stops right outside the park and visitors can claim back their bus fare on presentation of the bus ticket at the waterpark ticket desk. The Minthis Hills Golf Club is set in the grounds of a 12th century monasry, 550m above sea level, in the hills overlooking Paphos. It comprises of two loops of nine. The clubhouse facilities include a restaurant, bar, and driving range. Although Cyprus is best known for it's year-round sunshine, it's also popular as a winter skiing destination. Between January and March it snows on the peaks of the Troodos Mountains, the highest point being Mount Olympus at 1952m. The ski centre is a 90 minute drive from Paphos. There are 10 ski runs and several cross country trials, equipment hire shop and ski school. Visit the Cyprus Ski Federation website for more information. So whether it's great food, superb shopping, fun activities like karting, or motor-boating, or simply enjoying a relaxing drink in one of the picturesque bars - Paphos has something for everyone.

Set in a picturesque residential neighbourhood, just off the Tombs of the Kings Road, Paphos, the Royal Seacrest is very close to the famous Tombs of the Kings, Unesco World Heritage Site. The complex is less than 700m from the sea and the Elysium Hotel with it's Spa facilities.
The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the complex.
The complex is well served by buses to Ktima (The Old Town), the centre of Kato Paphos, and Coral Bay.
Paphos International Airport is a 20 minute drive away.
August 2010
This apartment is in a really good complex which is within easy walking distance from all of the local amenities. The benifit for this apartment is that whilst it is within meters of the pools it is not directly overseen by the pools giving a degree of privacy that many of the others do not offer. The apartment was in a very clean and tidy condition and the management team provided a very quick service when we had reason to call them.
The local area is bustling with resturants and bars which are all english spoken and offering a varied choice of menus. A 20 minute walk will take you to the local Port/Harbour which also offers a variety of resturants and bars, As well as the more tourist type shops there is also lots of watersports, boat trips and local markets,
We would certainly visit Pafos again and stay in the same location, we would also recommend this particular apartment to family and friends of all ages.
Chilled out holiday
We booked this apartment for a winter break during late February/early March. The complex was well maintained – lovely pool and gardens. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed having meals and a few drinks on the patio. It was good to be so near to the pool and easy to keep an eye on the kids.
The nearest shops and restaurants were a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is a coastal path which leads past the Tomb of The Kings to Paphos Harbour. This was a lovely walk and the harbour had a lively atmosphere. well worth going to. We visited the Old Town which was really nice with lots of cafes, shops and a market. I’d highly recommend getting familiar with the bus routes as they are reasonably priced and ran regularly.
The people were very friendly and the service that we received in the restaurants was very good. We’d definitely go back there.
