The apartment is situated on the ground floor and sleeps up to six peope,(sofa-bed).The apartment comprises a large air-conditioned living and dining room with seating for six, a dining table and six chairs. This area leads onto a large patio that overlooks the swimming pool. The patio is furnished with a table and six chairs. The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, oven, grill, toaster & kettle, micro-wave . There are two air-conditioned bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bathroom has a bath, shower and W/C. There is parking available close to the apartment. The complex has a large swimming pool and baby pool with poolside showers and toilets. Additional features of the property include a DVD player, widescreen television with Sat TV, iron and ironing board. Linen is provided but not beach towels. The seafront is a ten minute walk.
