Living room with new leather corner suite and a sofa bed, Plasma TV, local satellite and Blu Ray. Fully fitted kitchen / dining area with modern oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Outside areas include south facing rear patio and pool area (shared with one other villa) with 6 sun beds and large parasol; covered outside dining area, brick BBQ and private outside shower. Also front garden with private parking as well as large roof terrace for panoramic sunset viewing.

* A security deposit of £100 is required on booking. This will be returned after your stay. The full rental is payable fourteen days before your arrival in Euros and will be converted at the current exchange rate at that time.
