Tastefully decorated two bedroom apartment on the popular Sirena Sunrise development. Ideally situated with full access to communal pool's and sun terrace. Close to all the amenities of Kato Paphos.The property has, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and WC. And a fully fitted kitchen. Balconies to main bedroom and lounge overlooking the two pool's. Open plan lounge, kitchen and dinner. And is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable in the apartment and around the pool.
We have provided for your use two sunbeds with four sunbed mattresses for your us around the two pools along with a sun parasol, and side table.you are also welcome to use the communal sun loungers around the pool We welcome the elderly but would advise that this is a first floor apartment and therefore accessible via ONE FLIGHTof stairs. No lift available.

There is a large 80 mtr swimming pool and paddling pool which are over looked form the apartment verada, there are plenty of comunual loungers and we have our own and padded cusions for you use, we also have a side tabe and a parasol for your use. Ideally located close to all the amenities of Kato Paphos. Situated on the popular Sirena Sunrise complex and within walking distance of the many local restaurants, bars and clubs within the harbour area of Kato Paphos. Local shops, takeaways serving a large number of Greek and International dishes ideal if you want to eat in. Also within walking distance are beaches and local bus network taking you anywhere in the Paphos region. An ideal base to visit many tourist attractions. Paphos Harbour and medieval fort, Aqua Park, Go-kart Tracks, Crazy Golf, Scuba Diving. Are all on offer within walking distance. For those wishing to travel we are close to golf courses (Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley and Tsada). And only short drive away from Coral Bay and Curium beaches. Easy access to the motorways for accessing places further afield such as the Akamas peninsula, Troodos mountain range, along with the many towns and villages of Cyprus. And only 15 minutes from Paphos Airport.

Great apartment in a fantastic location .
Have stayed at the apartment for a two week holiday, the owners had provided everything you require for an enjoyable stay. The apartment was very clean and well looked after. The complex was busy but never crowded the pools were a most welcome break from the heat. The town cenre is only a few miunutes walk from the complex, where we enjoyed many good nights, there are some small local shops very close by and a supermarket in the town. There are many good bars and restaurants in the town and the apartment is far enough away not to be effected by noise. All in all a great place to stay. Many thanks for a great holiday.
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS
The Apartment was fantastic; it had everything we could have asked for there. Its Location to the town center was ideal, just a short walk to the restaurants, bars & the harbour area. The small beach was as near in the other direction. It’s far enough away to be quite by day and night, the pool is great and the veranda over looking it is a great place to enjoy the sunsets. The apartment was very clean and had all the home comforts you could want, it has a TV with only local stations but at the end of the day we were on holiday. We will return again.
Lovely Apartment
Just to say we are just back having stayed at 110 Serena Sunrise and can thoroughly recommend the apartment. It was well equipped, everything has been thought of, and located 15 minute walk from the harbour, plenty bars and restaurants within 10 minute walk.
I would not hesitate to rebook here and can thoroughly recommend it.
