Our apartment is spacious, furnished to a high standard, with a large outside living area balcony with BBQ overlooking the pool. Paralimni Sands is lovingly maintained by a team mainly who live on the complex, the pool and gardens are tended daily.l

Kappris has a supermarket, bakery, restaurants and pubs and provides some entertainment. For those wanting more night life then Ayia Napa and Protaras are the places to be. A short drive takes you to the popular holiday resorts of Ayia Napa, Protaras, and Fig Tree Bay. Our closest beach is fireman' s beach which is a lovely sandy and sheltered beach.there are then a number of sandy beaches along the coast towards Protoras.

The island is steeped in history and it enjoys beautiful scenery throughout the regions, therefore a car is beneficial for those wanting to tour. A great time to tour the island is in February/March/April when temperatures are more bearable and travelling is less exhausting. The Troodos mountains are beautiful providing lovely views of the surrounding areas and possibly it won't be long before the north of Cyprus becomes easily accessible from the south of the Island.

The Kapparis area remains lively throughout the winter months providing an all year round destination. Winter months is especially a good time for walking and sightseeing. There are many beautiful coastal paths and sandy beaches.Some beaches also offer watersport activities. Cyprus has a very mild climate enjoying sunshine for most of the year. Seas are warm throughout. You can experience the view points or take a boat to see the ghostly deserted city of Farmagusta which still stands deralict after the invasion in 1974.

Relax on the sun drenched beaches of Kapparis, or choose one of the many other beaches close by. There are nature trails and coastal path walks, watersports, diving, and swimming. Good cuisine at exceptionally good prices can be eaten in a choice of restaurants in Kapparis, including Meze, Italian, Chinese, Greek, or English. Protaras and Ayia Napa offer nightclubs for those who like to dance the night away, or choose one of the many restaurants for a lively evening. Visit cosmopolitan Nicosia and Larnaca for good shopping, or wander around the local shops of Paralimni and Protaras. Venture on a days trip to the Troodos mountains. A deposit secures the booking. Full payment required 6 weeks prior to departure. A refundable breakages/damage deposit is required of £100. No smoking in the apartment. No pets. Towels must remain in the apartment. Bring your own beach towels.

Discounts will be considered for low occupancy and additional weeks, except during the High Season.
