Luxury Accomodation In Cyprus
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The resort is clean and peaceful, no problem getting a sun lounger round one of the 2 pools. It's in a great location with a short walk to the nearest beach which was a lovely secluded sandy cove, the water was calm and great for swimming for adults and kids. It's also a short walk to all the great wine bars, pubs, some amazing restaurants, a supermarket and a lovely bakery and a short drive/bus to many more fantastic beaches in the area if you choose to venture further. You are also very close to the even bigger resorts of Penera, Protaras and Ayia napa or if you want traditional Cyprus then that's on your doorstep too. We found some amazing romantic hidden tavernas with amazing food when we headed out to the red soil villages. The apartment had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. It looked brand new and well looked after and had everything you needed to prepare food if you wanted a night in to eat on the balcony with a great view to the coast. If i holiday in cyprus again, I will definately look no further than this apartment as location, facilities and quality of accommodation is fantastic for the price.
Lovely apartment
We’ve now stayed twice at this apartment and it has become a firm favourite when holidaying on this side of the Cypriot island. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need plus more, guide books, assorted games, hair strengtheners and what seemed like several hundred satellite TV channels. It is furnished to a high standard and gives you the feel of luxury, without the lack of personality and price tag of a hotel based stay. For us the balcony is fantastic as it gets sun in late afternoon and early evening, perfect to kick back and relax after a day's activities, chilled drink in hand, watching the sunset. Preferring to cook ourselves we have enjoyed several evenings in the apartment, being able to buy plenty of assorted fresh produce and some fantastic fish from a local fishmonger, this of course, all being washed down with the some local vino!
When not staying in during the evening, the location of the apartment is brilliant, there are several relaxed restaurants, bars and tavernas all within walking distance from the apartment catering for all tastes, whether it be the traditional Cypriot meze, Italian or Chinese.
Also within walking distance there is a secluded local sandy beach, Fireman’s Cove, plus numerous others all a short drive away. Not a fan of the beach, the apartment’s pool has plenty of sun beds and if so inclined, it’s big enough to get a few lengths in.
If you want to do fancy a bit of sightseeing, Protaras, Penera, Ayia Napa or Cape Grecko are all a short drive away. The capital city Nicosia, is well worth a visit, just remember to take your passport as the city is divided, straight down the middle, half Cypriot, half Turkish.
All in all we would highly recommend this lovely apartment. You’ll find the owners are helpful providing recommendations of places to visit and to eat. It’s their holiday home too.
