Kalkan Villa Olivia offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea, comfortable furnishings and spacious accommodation, this Kalkan villa is an ideal base to enjoy the beach, harbour and Kalkan's exceptional restaurants, all of which are just 3 or 4 minutes walk away.
The villa feels light and airy and features a downstairs shower room, perfect for those finishing off a relaxing swim in the private pool and wanting a quick shower. There are two double and two twin bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and sea view balconies.
A spacious terrace and private pool lead off from the open-plan kitchen and sitting room. The outdoor area subtly reflects Kalkan's spectacular, historic surroundings with marble mosaic terraces and stone facing on the walls. Around the pool is a large area for soaking up the sun on the 6 sunloungers. On the other side of the pool a large table and chairs shaded from the sun is the perfect place to enjoy alfresco dining and drinks into the evening, whilst taking in the breathtaking views that surround the property.
Kalkan Villa Olivia stands next to Villa T'Mo. There is the beneficial use of inter-connecting steps and gates giving access between the two properties, this giving the potential for large parties of guests to accomodate both properties. However, the gates are easily lockable if they are not needed for this use. Although directly next to one another, a large stone wall separates the two villas, giving either side a degree of privacy.
Villa Olivia is in the perfect Kalkan for guests who want to enjoy a relaxed holiday in a very convenient location.
