Description

There are no steps up to the property. A car can be driven right to the front door. Ground floor and pool terrace suitable for wheelchair. Sofa bed and downstairs toilet and wash hand basin only.

There is a beautiful private infinity pool with stunning uninterrupted views of the town and harbor in Kalkan. There are sun beds and umbrellas for shade. A barbecue area and table and chairs to eat outside. Several areas of garden, with a variety of plants and fruit trees. Outside lighting.

There is a pebble beach in Kalkan 15 minutes walk from the villa and sandy beaches 20 min drive away. Patara beach (20mins by car or taxi) is a beautiful beach, 17km in length.

Dalaman 1 hour 40 min. Taxi transfer to Kalkan is advised and you can hire a car there if you wish. Owners can arrange for transfer from the airport to Kalkan - depending on numbers travelling, this can cost between £50 and £75 each way.
