Offering spacious, light and beautifully furnished accommodation with incredible panoramic sea and mountain views, the master bedroom has its own wrap around roof terrace/balcony from which to enjoy the early morning sun and the last rays of the sun as it sets behind the mountains. This is a wonderful setting where you can relax in beautiful surroundings, enjoy some of Kalkan's best views and all within 12 minutes walk of central Kalkan.
The Elvina complex was brand new for 2009 and comprises 16 spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments. This resort-style development offers a special holiday solution - a combination of apartment privacy with a poolside meeting place. A pool bar serves drinks and lunch on the main sunbathing terrace where you can enjoy magnificent sea views.
Apartment Gabriella has been designed to make the most of the spectacular views from its elevated position. In the living area, glass doors run almost the full width of the apartment giving a feeling of expansiveness and light. A door leading out from the master bedroom leads seamlessly to a large wrap around balcony, perfect for quiet sunbathing, relaxing with a book or simply enjoying the stunning views of the bay.
On the first floor the apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms, one en-suite double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a shower room. The ground floor comprises an open-plan living space with dining and lounge areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, utility area and shower room.
A double sofa bed offers the flexibility of comfortable accommodation for 2 further guests.
In our opinion the Elvina complex offers guests unrivalled outside space for apartment accommodation in Kalkan. The swimming pool complex is unique in size and design and is surrounded by extensive sunbathing terraces with landscaped garden areas and the most spectacular sea views. This is an alternative place to sunbathe and offers the opportunity of meeting other guests in the complex.
Elvina apartment guests also have access to a spacious communal games room and a selection of paperbacks.
With their south-facing positions these Kalkan apartments and swimming pools enjoy plenty of sun and, additionally, this is one of the first places in Kalkan to enjoy the early morning sun as it rises above the mountains beyond.
The main pool is supplied with wooden sun loungers with comfortable cushions and parasols, all provided for our guests' enjoyment. Extensive planting and landscaped garden areas with olive trees, glossy shrubs and bougainvillea make this development particularly attractive.

not necessary Car hire is not necessary as the apartment is walking distance from the beach, harbour boutiques and restaurants. There is a small shop and good restaurants within around 5 minutes walk. You can also buy your groceries and the larger supermarkets will deliver to your apartment at a convenient time to save you walking back with shopping. Kalkan is very hilly due to the topography of the bay so if you have limited mobility we would recommend car hire. |
