The 'Kalkan Prince Apartment' is furnished simply with a rustic cosy feel. It is comfortable, clean and fully equipped with everything you will need including cooker/washing machine/microwave/satellite tv/dvd/ hairdryer/shaving point/iron & board!.. It is 56m2 & sleeps upto 4 persons, it comprises of living/bedroom, separate twin bedroom/ kitchenette/shower & w.c . There is air conditioning & a ceiling fan to keep the apartment cool,, it comfortably sleeps upto 4 persons, furnished throughout incorporating high wooden ceilings that arch into the roof space giving a nice, spacious feel, the views are certainly one of the best on the resort due to the position of the apartment.
The apartment comprises of a main lounge/bedroom which contains the kingsize bed, a.c. and tv with satellite channels and dvd player with a selection of films and books,there are two sofa chairs in here which can also be used as sofa beds and coffee table and reading lamp. There are two balcony doors leading onto the terrace with magnificent sea views. The balcony has two sun lounger beds and a dining table with 4 chairs for alfresco dining. There is a separate bedroom containing two single beds and ceiling fan for coolness. This room also has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, tv and dvd player with a selection of games and films. The shower/w.c is equipped with shaving point and hairdryer. The kitchenette is on the left handside as you enter the apartment and is compact but fully equipped & comprises of cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, crockery and cutlery for 4 persons, iron and ironing board. For self caterers there is a small supermarket which has all your daily needs 20m from the apartment and a market in the town on Thursdays for fresh fruit, vegetables, meat etc, a number of supermarkets in Kalkan will deliver to the apartment door!! The infinity pool and tennis courts are just behind the apartment, the views from here are amazing!

Patara Prince Resort is a 4 star beautiful charming resort with many facilities and offers guests an exclusive feel whilst being minutes from the town of Kalkan
There are 4 pools, including an interior pool,adult pool, and infinity pool/gym/ beaty salon and spa/ clubhouse and tennis courts, 3 restaurants and bars on the resort including a piano bar and watersports. The onsite hotel has reception and internet facilities/wifi is available around the lobby and main pool.
A private shoreline runs along the sea front of the development with sun bathing platforms and steps into the turquoise blue water.In the main season there are a host of watersport facilites and a diving school with instructors.By the waterfront there is an Ottoman style open air relaxation room which provides a cool corner to sit out of the midday heat.There are two balinese style massage tents and a private cabana area for the vip private service. A sauna and Turkish bath are also to be found here along with a mini gym and beauty salon offering massages/facials and many other treatments. At the top of the resort the Infinity pool and child’s pool can be found the views from here are AMAZING the Tennis courts are also positioned here. A volley ball pitch is close to the main pool.

Eating and Drinking
The resort has a number of restaurants. The Patara A la Carte by the sea. The Agora restaurant serving Italian cuisine and the Apollina and Bezirgan restaurants serving Turkish snacks and self-service buffet. Owner members are entitled to a 25% discount. The Patara Bar, Agora bar and Apollonia club bar are also available with live music on different nights of the week during the summer season.
Boat service
This runs from the bathing platforms to Kalkan harbour during the summer season from morning until early evening. There is a small charge for its use. Alternatively taxis can be booked from the Hotel or entrance reception.
Security
The entrance to the resort has a manned security gate. Non residents are not permitted to enter the resort unless invited by owners.
Helicopter Pad
A helicopter pad built to international standards is available at the resort enabling guests to transfer from Dalaman airport is just 30 minutes. We are not however aware of who is operating a regular service at this time.
Shopping
There is a small corner shop near the apartment catering for the basic daily requirements there are larger supermarkets in Kalkan who deliver upon request.
