Description

Casa Almendra is now fitted with hot and cold air conditioning throughout. It is now with complimentary broadband Wi-Fi internet.

To beat the high cost of airline fares we are happy to consider any reasonable changeover day. Spain - Costa Blanca between the towns of Moraira and Javea near the small village of Benitachell. The property sleeps six. It is in a secluded villa with private swimming pool and gardens.

This privately owned well appointed villa is situated in an area of stunning natural beauty. There is ample living accommodation with three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), living and dining areas. Private swimming pool with two sun terraces, sun beds, garden furniture and part shaded naya with barbecue oven for outdoor dining.

It is ideally located within easy access to the coastal resorts of Javea with excellent beaches and water sports and Moraira, with its own marina and sandy beaches. For the golfing enthusiasts among guests there are several well-established courses in the region. The villa is generously equipped and ideally suited to those wishing to enjoy the comforts of home in a peaceful location, however the villa is less than ten minutes drive away from all the benefits of nearby lively resorts. Most local towns have weekly markets with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The lively resort of Benidorm is approximately thirty minutes drive with Terra Mitica and Aqualandia theme parks for the more adventurous. The villa is about fifty minutes drive north from Alicante airport and seventy five minutes drives south from Valencia airport.

It is now fitted with hot and cold air conditioning throughout. British TV Available including BBC 1, 2 , ITV Channel four and five and many more. It has video's, music CD's, DVD Player. Suitable for elderly, but please be aware that there are steps to different levels. Childrens cot and linen available for hire at £25.00 per week. The villa is totally secure with perimeter wall and fences, also lockable gates at the front, which makes it an ideal safe location for families Board games, books, and a variety of games are all available for use. There is a large selection of pool and beach extra's. Lilo's, rubber rings small dinghy, bucket and spades, bats and balls, snorkels, beach mats parasols and much more.
